From 1 June, my room will be free in our girls' WG:)
The room is equipped with a 1.40m bed, two malm commodes, two clothes racks, curtains, two picture strips and a room ceiling lamp. The apartment also includes a large kitchen and a large bathroom with bathtub, which are shared.
Location
The location on the Blaubauch is close to the Schildergasse and Hohen Straße. Moreover, the hay market and the Rhine can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. As KVB Station, the post road is about 7 minutes walk from the WG, from where you can drive in almost all directions (line 3, 4, 14, 16, 18). In winter you can also see the dome from the kitchen!
WG life
Your roommates are Zoe (24) and Ilka (23). Both are already full-time at work and regularly exercise, but also enjoy one or other aperoli together :) Generally, we maintain a friendly relationship in our WG and appreciate a common living.
If you're an open-minded, open-minded person who also has to connect off the WG Bock, you'd be great in the WG!
Other
The room costs €468.69 and the additional costs for electricity, internet and radio fees are €80.12. For the equipment in the room, the kitchen and the common items (e.g. washing machine) a discount of 500€ would be payable. In addition, every three months a cleaning fee of 15€ per person is paid for the house corridor. A deposit of 3 cold rentals. We always share our articles for the household (e.g. toilet paper, cleaning agents, etc.) in the Splitwise app fair. Please report only if that's okay for you.

Es wird ab dem 1. Juni mein Zimmer in unserer Mädels-WG frei :)
Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem 1,40m Bett, zwei Malm Kommoden, zwei Kleiderstangen, Gardinen, zwei Bilderleisten und einer Zimmerdeckenleuchte. Zudem umfasst die Wohnung eine große Küche und ein großes Bad mit Badewanne, welche gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden.
Lage
Die Lage am Blaubauch ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Schildergasse und Hohen Straße. Außerdem ist der Heumarkt und der Rhein in ca. 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Als KVB Station liegt die Poststraße ca. 7 min zu Fuß von der WG entfernt, von wo aus du in fast alle Richtungen fahren kannst (Linie 3, 4, 14, 16, 18). Im Winter kannst du auch noch die Domspitze aus der Küche sehen!
WG-Leben
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind Zoe (24) und Ilka (23). Beide sind bereits Vollzeit am arbeiten und treiben regelmäßig Sport, genießen aber auch gerne den ein oder anderen Aperoli zusammen :) Allgemein pflegen wir ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis in unserer WG und schätzen ein gemeinsames Zusammenleben sehr.
Wenn du eine aufgeschlossene, offene Person bist, die auch abseits der WG Bock hat zu connecten, würdest du super in die WG passen!
Sonstiges
Das Zimmer kostet 468,69 € warm und die Nebenkosten für Strom, Internet und Rundfunkgebühren betragen 80,12€. Für die Ausstattung im Zimmer, die Küche und die Gemeinschaftsgebrauchsgegenstände (z.B. Waschmaschine) würde ein Abschlag von 500€ zu bezahlen sein. Zudem wird alle drei Monate ein Putzgeld in Höhe von 15€ pro Person für den Hausflur bezahlt. Als Kaution fallen 3 Kaltmieten an. Unsere Artikel für den Haushalt (z.B Toilettenpapier, Putzmittel etc.) teilen wir in der Splitwise App immer preislich gerecht auf. Bitte melde dich nur, wenn das für dich in Ordnung ist.
