I am Eva and rent my room in my Wg until first October under☀️
The Wg is located in a beautiful old building, so the ceilings are high and the room is bright. The afternoon sun seems super nice in and with the direct balcony access you can always spend very nice evenings and afternoons with suns and relax.
I leave the room partially furnished (only one bed is missing, which you should bring, or a mattress if you like it minimalist;)).
Although the room will be rented until the end of September, there is also the possibility to extend

Ich bin Eva und vermiete mein Zimmer in meiner Wg bis erstmal Oktober unter☀️
Die Wg befindet sich in einem schönen Altbauhaus, weshalb die Decken hoch und das Zimmer vorallem hell ist. Die Nachmittagssonne scheint super schön rein und mit dem direkten Balkonzugang kann man immer sehr schöne Abende und Nachmittage mit Sonnen und Entspannen verbringen.
Ich überlasse das Zimmer teilmöbiliert (nur ein Bett fehlt dann, welches du mitbringen müsstest, oder eine Matratze, wenn du’s minimalistisch magst ;)).
Zwar wird das Zimmer erstmal bis Ende September vermietet, jedoch besteht auch evtl. die Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung✌🏼
The location is perfect! Just around the corner is the lively Severinstraße, where you can find everything: cafes, Spätis, good pizza - everything your heart desires. The tram is a 5-minute walk away. So you're super fast everywhere
Die Lage ist perfekt! Gleich um die Ecke ist die belebte Severinstraße, wo du alles finden kannst: Cafés, Spätis, gute Pizza - alles was dein Herz begehrt. Zur Straßenbahn sind es 5 Gehminuten. Also du bist überall super schnell🤓
