Von Mitte September (Absprache möglich) bis zum 31.12.2017 ist mein schönes WG-Zimmer direkt am Neumarkt frei, da ich in dieser Zeit in Berlin wohnen werde. Es ist fast 18 qm groß und hat hohe Decken. Wegen der zwei großen Fenster wirkt das Zimmer hell und freundlich. Die Wohnung selbst ist 65 qm groß. Sie hat ein geräumiges Bad mit Waschmaschine und eine kleine Küche. Highlight der Wohnung ist die 20 qm große Terasse, auf der gegrillt und auch die Sonne genossen werden kann.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG und ist unmittelbar am Neumarkt. Die Haltestellen 1, 3, 4, 7, 9 sind keine Minute entfernt. Zur Schildergasse läuft man nur 2 Minuten und DM, Lidl, Aldi, usw. sind direkt um die Ecke. Die Fenster sind sehr dicht, weswegen man trotzdem von dem Innenstadt-Chaos draußen nicht viel mitbekommt ;)
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist nett und unkompliziert (24j.). Die Wohnung ist ideal für Studenten und Berufstätige, da man überall super schnell hinkommt und quasi alles was man braucht direkt vor der Nase hat. Außerdem ist sie - vor allem im Vergleich zu den Momentanen Zimmer- und Wohnungskosten - extrem günstig!
