Da ich von Anfang Februar bis Ende März eine längere Asienreise mache, suche ich einen Untermieter für mein WG-Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist ca 13 qm groß und geht von der Küche ab.
Es ist möbliert und hat ein Fenster (somit ist es nicht so hell, aber tagsüber reicht es vollkommen). Zum Schlafen steht eine Couch im Zimmer, die zu einem 1,40er Bett ausgezogen werden kann. Natürlich werde ich nicht alle meine Sachen mitnehmen, aber es ist genug Platz zum Verstauen Deiner Sachen da.
Since I will do a longer trip to Asia from the beginning of February till the end of March, I'd to rent my room for that period.
The room is about 13 square meters and it has a door leading to the kitchen.
It's fully furnished, has one window (thus, it's not very shiny but it's enough for daytime) and there is a bed couch which can be transformed to a bed of 1,40 m width.
Even if I'll leave some things there you'll have enough space to store all your stuff.
Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar. Die Uni ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, mit dem Fahrrad geht es noch schneller.
Der Barbarossaplatz ist zu Fuß 3-4 Minuten entfernt; dort fahren die Straßenbahnen 16,18, 12 und 15, damit lässt sich jeder Ort in Köln recht schnell erreichen. Der Bahnhof Köln-Süd, wo Regionalbahnen und Regionalexpresse halten (bis nach Bonn 20 Minuten mit dem RE und auch nach Düsseldorf 35 Minuten), ist auch nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Alle Läden des täglichen Bedarfs (vor allem ein große Rewe) sind durch die Nähe zum Barbarossaplatz schnell fußläufig zu erreichen.
Mit dem Volksgarten und den Uniwiesen befinden sich auch sehr schöne Grünflächen in unmittelbarer Nähe.
The location is quite perfect. You can reach the university in 10 minutes by foot, by taking the bike you just need a few minutes.
Barabrossplatz is accessible in 3 minutes by feet. The tram lines 16,18,12,15 stop there, so you can reach quite every spot in Cologne within half an hour (even locations outside the centre). In addition, the train station Köln Süd is reachable in 5 minutes by feet; several trains (RB and RE) stop there (it takes 20 minutes to go to Bonn from there).
Supermarkets and other stores for daily needs are just a few minutes away.
Besides, in the neighborhood are several nice parcs (Volksgarten, Uniwiesen).
Dein Mitbewohner für den Zeitraum ist Jorin, ein guter Freund von mir. Es schreibt zur Zeit an seiner Masterarbeit.
Es wäre gut, wenn Du auch eine natürliche Grundordentlichkeit und -sauberkeit mitbringst.
Your roommate for this time will be Jorin, a good friend of mine. Meanwhile, he writes his master thesis.
Moreover, you should bring a natural sense for cleanness.
Für den Zeitraum (es sind ca 6 Wochen) würde ich gerne 400 € haben und 200 € Kaution.
