Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Südstadt, einem der schönsten Viertel Kölns, fünf Minuten vom Chlodwigplatz entfernt. Dich erwartet eine Umgebung voller schöner Kneipen, Restaurants/Imbisse (u.a. der beste Burger und die beste Pizza der Stadt und Poldis Dönerladen) und anderer Läden. Der Rhein ist zu Fuß keine zehn Minuten entfernt. Dadurch dass die Wohnung im fünften Stock liegt, bekommt man von Straßengeräuschen nur gelegentlich etwas mit. Rewe, Aldi, ein Bioladen und ein Unverpacktladen sind locker fußläufig erreichbar, sodass für jede Einkaufsvorliebe vorgesorgt ist. Wochenmärkte gibt es mehrere in der Gegend. Außerdem betreiben wir viel Foodsharing.
We are very central considering that we are just a few minute walk from the Rhein, and Chlodwigplatz. We got plenty of different kinds of shops and supermarkets around.
Deine Mitbewohner*innen sind Tini (28), Fin (27) und Hadi (27). Tini studiert Jura, aber vor allem tanzt sie viel, macht Yoga, reist und ist allgemein viel unterwegs. Fin macht seinen Doktor im Völkerrecht, spielt Gitarre, bouldert und liest viel. Hadi ist Deutschlehrer, reist viel, und spielt Musik. Wir sind alle viel unterwegs und jeder geht seinen vielen Hobbys nach, aber wir treffen uns häufig im Wohnzimmer, essen, kochen und quatschen.
We all travel quite a lot, and are out and about! But when we do run into eachother at home, we enjoy spending time with eachother, cooking, talking and laughing.
The housemates are approachable and full of life! Tini (28) studies Law and her hobbies are dancing, yoga and music. Fin (27) does his PhD in International Law plays the guitar, sings, climbs and reads a ton of books. Me, Hadi (27) am a German teacher. I travel for work sometimes and my hobbies are playing music and working out.
