I am moving to a new appartment with my girlfriend on the 5th of March and I am looking for a new tenant.
The available room is 18m2 in a 53m2 flat, furnished. The room is quite bright and spacious, and it has a small french balcony. There is also a small hall, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a storage room in the basement and a place to park the bike inside.
We currently pay 425 (cold) for the flat but it will be increased to around 460. The rest of the expenses, including electricity, gas, internet and TV-Radio tax amount to around 120.

The appatment is located in Zwirnerstr., in an ideal location, next to Severinstr. Within 5 minutes walking distance, there is Rewe, Aldi, Alnatura, Dm, etc., as well as many bars, restaurants and shops. The area is very quiet, there is rarely any noise coming from the street. in front of the building we have a bus stop connected to the central station, and there are two tram stations around 5 minutes by foot.
You will be sharing the flat with Daniela (27). She comes from Colombia and she has been living in Germany for around 10 years. She is looking for someone in the late 20s to early 30s, working and easy-going to have a nice flat sharing atmosphere.
