Ende dieses Monats verlasse ich mein gepflegte WG-Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim in der Züplicher Wall und ich suche ab 1.08. (später wäre auch möglich) jemanden, der mein Zimmer übernehmen kann. Sehr wichtig ist dass du auf der Warteliste des Studierendenwerkes bist.

-15,20qm Zimmer mit einer anteiligen Wohnflächen von 30.03qm in einer 4-er WG mit sehr netten Mitbewohnerinnen
-Die WG hat 2 Badezimmer, eine große Küche und einen Balkon
-5 Minuten zu Fuß von Köln-Süd Bahnhof entfernt,
-13 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof
-10 Minuten zum Zülpicher Platz oder Barbarossaplatz
In der Nähe gibt's ein Penny, ein Rewe, ein Fitnessstudio und viele Cafes, Restaurants und Bars.
Du würdest die Wohnung mit Johanna, Kathi und Lisa(3 aktive und sehr ordentliche Mitbewohnerinnen) teilen.
Besichtigungstermine sind ab nächste Woche möglich. Wenn du Interesse hast, schreib mir einfach eine Nachricht und erzähl ein bisschen von dir. Es wäre interessant zu wissen wie du dich das gemeinsame WG-Leben vorstellt.
