Dein neues, großes und möbiliertes Zimmer befindet sich in sehr zentraler Lage zwischen neumarkt und rudolfplatz. Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind Josephine (22) und Fatma (29).
Josephine studiert Geschichte und Archäologie. Fatma hat Lehramt mit den Fächern Deutsch und Geschichte studiert und ist gerade im Referendariat. Beide sind unkomplizierte und entspannte Menschen, die zu Pandemiezeiten versuchen, das beste draus zu machen 🙂 Es herrscht ein freundschaftliches Miteinander in der WG, wo auch mal gemeinsam gegessen, getrunken oder gechillt wird 🙂 genauso gibt es natürlich Zeiten, an denen jeder für sich ist. Es ist sehr ausgeglichen. Wir würden uns nicht als Zweck-WG bezeichnen und legen Wert auf einen respektvollen Umgang. Im Grunde hat die Wohnung alles, was benötigt wird: Inkl. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Die geräumige Küche bietet viel Stauraum und einen Essbereich. Dein Zimmer liegt zum Hinterhof, weswegen man trotz der zentralen Lage seine Ruhe und Privatsphäre hat.
Du hast eine super gute Anbindung, bist fußläufig in 2 min an den Ringen, in 10 min am Grüngürtel, in 10 min an der Schildergasse uvm.

We rent a bright and super nice shared room (approx. 15sqm) in a great apartment in the heart of Cologne - directly at Balduinstraße.
On the 4th floor you will find our beautiful and completely renovated apartment and also the free rooms in the shared flat. Everything is new and high quality furnished. The room is also equipped with a bed, closet, desk etc. so that you don't have to worry about anything anymore. You can directly start with your new job/study/internship.
The room is available for rent from now on and can be taken over indefinitely.
The total rent of 620€ includes electricity, heating, water. There are no surprises at the end of the year with the electricity bill or similar. For moving in, we charge a one-time flat rate of 400€ for the use of furniture and equipment, but this also covers all repairs and replacements, e.g. due to wear and tear.

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt im wunderschönen Herzen von Köln und ist trotzdem super ruhig. Es sind nur wenige Gehminuten zum Zentrum, Dom oder Rhein und ihr habt direkte Anbindung an die wichtigsten U-Bahn-Linien. Die Universität zu Köln, Hochschule Fresenius oder Musikhochschule sind alle in angenehmer Reichweite. Alle gängigen Supermärkte, Bars und Cafes sind direkt um die Ecke. Mehr geht einfach nicht.
The apartment is perfectly located in the beautiful heart of Cologne and yet super quiet. It is only a few minutes walk to the center, cathedral or Rhine and you have direct access to the most important subway lines. The University of Cologne, Hochschule Fresenius or Musikhochschule are all within easy reach. All common supermarkets, bars and cafes are just around the corner. More is simply not possible.
Wir sind von morgens 9 bis abends 20 Uhr zu erreichen. Am besten versucht ihr es telefonisch und per Whatsapp oder schickt uns eine Mail.
Wichtig ist, dass ihr zum Einzug die erste Miete sowie die Kaution in der Höhe von zwei Monatsmieten und die Instandhaltungspauschale von einmaligen 400€ (für den Kauf der Geräte, Reinigung & Streicharbeiten bei Auszug etc.) zahlen könnt.
Dem Eigentümer ist es zudem wichtig, dass ihr eine gültige Haftpflichtversicherung habt (wir helfen euch gerne beim Abschluss) und die Kopie eures Personalausweises oder Reisepasses vorzeigen könnt.
