Beide Zimmer werden im April frei, da ich in die Schweiz ziehe. Ein Zimmer ist ca 11qm groß und das andere ca 15. Dafür ist das Wohnzimmer superschön :)

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Die WG liegt direkt am Heumarkt. 2 Bahnhaltestellen sind innerhalb von 2 Minuten erreichbar, der Dom bzw. der Hauptbahnhof fußläufig in 8 Min.
Man ist mitten in der Altstadt und kann von hieraus alles (Supermärkte, Uni) super erreichen. Ein Rewe befindet sich circa 5 Minuten entfernt, bis zum nächsten Lidl und Aldi sind es eine Bahnhaltestelle bzw. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Bars gibt es zur genüge :)

Das Wohnzimmer liegt mit Fenster. Im Sommer wird hier also einiges los sein. Ich finde das super, aber es sollte einem bewusst sein! Die Zimmer liegen zum Hinterhof und sind daher sehr ruhig.

Bis zur Uni Köln fährt man direkt mit der Linie 9, hier liegt die Fahrzeit bei etwa 12 Minuten.

Idealerweise seid ihr bereits zu zweit. Wenn du alleine bist, würde ich dich aber unterstützen, deinen WG Partner zu finden. Schreib mir einfach :)
