Die 73qm Wohnung liegt sehr zentral - nur 5min zum Rhein im zweiten Stock. Die Anbindung ist perfekt, UBahn und Bus sind direkt vor der Haustür. Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 2min zur erreichen.
Die Einrichtung ist ziemlich hochwertig, auch die Küche is neu (2Jahre)
Ich mache Yoga und bin viel draußen in der Natur - ansonsten studieren 😌
Von hier aus sind es 5Min zum Rheinufer und 10Min in die Innenstadt. Auch zum Bahnhof läuft man gerade mal 12min, die Ubahn Haltestelle Severinstr ist nur 1Min entfernt.
Ich freue mich auf einen netten Mitbewohner oder eine nette Mitbewohnerin im Alter 20-40Jahren wäre toll wenn du auch studierst oder vielleicht etwas Yoga praktizierst.
Internet, Wasser, Müll Hausmeister und Strom ist mit den NK abgedeckt :-) auf Wunsch kenn ich eine Putzfrau für 50€/Woche
