Hallo zusammen,
in unserer WG werden zwei ! Zimmer frei.
Das eine 15qm für 550€ warm und ein 20qm Zimmer für 610€ warm.
Die Bilder sind vom kleinen Zimmer, Bilder vom großen folgen bzw. auf Anfrage.
Die Zimmer sind komplett möbliert, alle persönlichen Sachen wie Bücher und so sind dann draußen.
Das kleine hat eine Terassentür zum kleinen Innenhof. Die komplette Wohnung hat Fußbodenheizung.
Die Bewohner der beiden Zimmer teilen sich ein Bad.
Kate, die Mitbewohnerin im dritten Zimmer hat ihr eigenes Bad.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, nur ein Gefrierfach gibt es leider nicht.
Die Lage ist super, viele Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe und man kommt durch Öffis gut weg. 25 Gehminuten zum Dom (und Hbf) ;)
Kate kommt aus Irland, arbeitet im Kindergarten und ist noch bis Ende Juni in Deutschland. Da beide anderen Zimmer frei werden dürft ihr das WG-Leben selber gestalten.
Es gibt einen Putzplan, der bis jetzt gut funktioniert hat und das auch weiter sollte ;).
Schreibt mir gerne, Einzugs- und Auszugsdaten sind verhandelbar.
