Your room is approximately 21 square meter. It has 2 huge windows looking out to the south. The view is great and the room is well lit. You can also access the balkon directly through the room without having to go through the kitchen.
Your new room has a PAX open wardrobe IKEA system. Meaning you can adjust it to your needs and liking. And adjusting it is quite intuitive.
There is a basement storage room where you can pack your bags and other items. There is also a room for your bicycle should you have one.
Naturally there is an elevator that takes you directly to the 3rd floor and goes all the way down to the storage room in the basement.

Parking places are available on streets with a bit of luck but there are many paid parking garage nearby
The apartment is 3 minutes walking distance away from the Poststraße Haltestelle. And you could arrive at Neumarkt in 3 minutes which is nearly the city center. 7 minutes by train to Cologne central station. Or 13 minutes by foot!
You could theoretically reach any station within minutes.
Simply put, the location is advantageous, especially if you travel around a lot. Not to mention that the Rhein is 10 minutes away.
Your new Flatmates are Nidthal (27) and Victor(24).
Nidthal works full time as an IT engineer, places handball and likes cooking. He is nice and respectful. He is also quite helpful when you ask him for favors.
Viktor is international student in Germany from Russia doing his internship in Koln.He’s also into fitness and enjoys specialty coffee. He’s also very respectful.
Everyone in this house is focused on their job, and on improving themselves. It's not a WG where parties are thrown. We are quiet and enjoy an adult talk every now and then. Especially when cooking.
Since we all have different cultural backgrounds, English is the main spoken language in our home.
Basic house rules:
- Mutual respect and decency.
- Hygiene is a priority for all of us, and we alternate in cleaning the apartment on weekly basis.
- Communication is key.
- This is a drama free house. Problems are addressed up front and everyone is held to a standard.
If you're serious about finding a decent WG, with polite, interesting people who respect and appreciate personal space and hygiene. Then this is a place for you.
