Ich biete mein Zimmer möbliert zur Zwischenmiete im Mai 2023 an. Das Zimmer ist quadratisch geschnitten und 25qm groß, hat ein Fenster und eine Tür zum Balkon. In dem Zimmer ist ein Bett, eine Kleiderstange, ein Schreibtisch und ein Schrank. Das Zimmer geht zu einem Innenhof raus, deswegen ist es meistens ziemlich ruhig.
Die Wohnung liegt im Belgischen Viertel, also sehr zentral gelegen. Zum Friesenplatz braucht man zu Fuß ca. 8 min und zum Hans-Böckler-Platz ca. 5 min. Von hier sind alle anderen Viertel sehr schnell mit der Bahn erreichbar. Supermärkte (Rewe, Aldi) sind zu Fuß ca. 5 min entfernt.
Du würdest für den Monat mit Sina (23) und Henning (20) zusammen wohnen. Beide sind sehr unkompliziert und lieb :) Wir sind untereinander sehr gut befreundet, die beiden haben aber keine speziellen Erwartungen an den/die ZwischenmieterIn. Wir kochen ab und zu gerne was zusammen oder gehen zusammen was trinken.
Außerdem haben wir haben eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine.
