Das Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock und ist voll möbiliert (Bett, Sofa, Schreibtisch, Regale, Kleiderschrank, Stuhl, Kommoden). Wenn ihr einzelne eigene Möbelstücke mitbringen möchtet, wäre das kein Problem. Es hat ein großes Fenster, das zum Hauseingang ausgerichtet ist.
Am Ende des Flurs auf derselben Etage befindet sich das Badezimmer, das mit zwei WG-Bewohnern geteilt wird. Das Zimmer könnte auch für nur einen Monat gemietet werden.
The room is situated on the first floor and fully furnished. The bathroom will be shared with two flat mates. The room could also be rented for only one month.
Wir sind sehr gut angebunden, nur 5 min Fußweg entfernt befindet sich die U-Bahn-Haltestelle "Akazienweg". Von dort kommt man mit den Linien 3 und 4 in weniger als 5 Minuten zur Venloer Straße, ins Herz von Ehrenfeld, und in etwa 14 Min. in die Kölner Innenstadt. In 5 Min. Fußweg kommt man zum Aldi oder alternativ, wenn man in Richtung Stadt läuft in etwa 10 Min. zu REWE, dm, Post, Sparkasse und zu weiteren kleinen Läden.
We are very well connected, the subway station 'Akazienweg' is just a 5-minute walk away. From there, you can reach Venloer Straße, the heart of Ehrenfeld, in less than 5 minutes using the lines 3 and 4. Within a 5-minute walk, you can reach Aldi, or if you head towards the city, you'll find REWE, dm, the post office, Sparkasse, and several other small shops in about 10 minutes.
In unserem Haus wohnen zurzeit ich, mein Ehemann Eshetu, Seif, Jane und Julian. Wir bieten unseren Wohnraum Studierenden und Berufstätigen an. Wir erwarten keine gemeinsamen Unternehmungen o.Ä und bieten jedem den Raum und die Ruhe, seinem Alltag nachzugehen.
Currently, in our house, there are me, my husband Eshetu, Paul, Julian and Till. Till is moving out, Paul studies economic computer science and Julian is doing an internship in the field of sportjournalism. We offer our living space to students and working professionals. We don't expect any shared activities or such, and we provide everyone the space and tranquility to go about their daily routines.

The rooms available for you to use are your bedroom, the kitchen, the bathroom, the guest toilet, and our basement which provides storage space and a washing machine for your convenience.
