Hallo, ich bin Marian und vermiete mein WG Zimmer in Köln Bickendorf von Mitte Mai bis Mitte Juli.
Bei der WG handelt es sich um eine 4er WG die sich gerade neu gründet. Ich werde ab Juli Teil der WG sein und nach Köln ziehen, möchte mein Zimmer aber bis dahin einem netten Menschen zur Zwischenmiete anbieten.
Der Mietzeitraum ist relativ flexibel falls du also etwas später raus oder rein müsstest können wir gerne drüber reden.
Die Monatsmiete beträgt 400 € warm, für die 2 Monate würde ich also 800€ von dir bekommen.
WICHTIG: Das Zimmer ist nicht möbiliert!
Du würdest hier in einer Altbauwohnung unterkommen. Da sich die WG noch in der Gründungsphase befindet, wird teilweise noch renoviert werden, während du hier wohnst, das Zimmer wird bei deinem Einzug natürlich bereits fertig gestellt sein, sowie die Essentials wie Küche und Bad, die gemeinsam genutzt werden.
Dein Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster und die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon, der allen zur Verfügung steht. Das Haus verfügt über einen Fahrradkeller und einen Garten, den wir mitbenutzen dürfen. Außerdem gibt es einen Kellerraum in dem du gerne ein paar Sachen abstellen kannst.
Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Akazienweg befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Somit ist man mit Linie 3/4 in 15 Minuten ohne Umsteigen in der Innenstadt. Nahgelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele.
Dass die Venloer Straße eine lebendiger Ort ist, werde ich nicht erklären müssen.
Deine Mitbewohner:innen sind zwischen 20 und 25, sind nett, unkompliziert, offen und freuen sich immer neue Leute kennen zu lernen.
Wir legen Wert auf Sauberkeit, respektieren Mensch und Natur und freuen uns, wenn es gesellige Abende geben wird.

Hello, I'm Marian and I'm renting out my room in Cologne Bickendorf from mid-May to mid-July.
There are 4 people living in the shared apartment that is currently being formed. I will be part of the shared apartment from July and move to Colognethen, but until then I would like to offer my room to a nice person as a sublet.
The rental period is relatively flexible, so if you need to leave or come in a little later, we can totally talk about that.
The monthly rent is 400€ everything included, therefore I´d get 800€ from you for the 2 months.
IMPORTANT: The room is not furnished!
The appartement is in an old building. Since the shared apartment is still in the start-up phase, some renovations will be carried out while you´ll be living here. The room will of course already be finished when you move in, as well as the essentials such as the kitchen and bathroom, which will be shared.
Your room has a large window and the apartment has a large balcony that is available to everyone. The house has a bicycle cellar and a garden that we can use. There is also a basement room where you can store a few things.
The Akazienweg subway stop is in the immediate vicinity. This means you can get to the city center in 15 minutes with line 3/4 without having to change. There are many shopping opportunities nearby.
I won't have to explain that Venloer Straße is a lively place.
Your roommates are between 20 and 25, are nice, uncomplicated, open and are always happy to meet new people.
We value cleanliness, respect people and nature and look forward to spending our evenings together.
