Hallo zusammen,
für einen Zeitraum von 01.05.23 bis 31.12.23 suche ich eine nette Person für eine WG (eventuell auch 12 Monate länger) .
Ich werde ab Mitte Juni die beruflich verreisen und anschließend ab September für eine Promotion nach Berlin umziehen. Ich werde alle 2 Monate nach Köln kommen, sodass du überwiegend die Wohnung für dich hast.
Meine Wohnung ist in Köln-Bickendorf, 1 Minuten Fußweg zur U-Bahnstation Akazienweg. Die Wohnung ist in einem Neubau (Erstbezug) und liegt im 4. Stock (Dachgeschoss). Es ist eine 3-Zimmerwohnung (Wohnzimmer, Küche, Arbeitszimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad).
Vermietet wird das größte Zimmer (ca. 25qm) sowie Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad.
Ausstattung: möbelliert.
