Ich schreibe meine Abschlussarbeit gemeinsamer mit einer Freundin, deshalb werde ich nicht in Köln sein. Euer Glück! Denn ihr könnt mein Zimmer nutzen:) Ihr wohnt mit Fabi zusammen mit dem ihr euch gemütlich in der Küche austauschen könnt oder bei einer Zigarette auf dem Balkon. Von dort könnt ihr das Freiluft-Biotop, unseren Garten, bestaunen. Dieser wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt:)
Im Gegenzug passt ihr bitte auf meine Pflanzen auf:) Wir können gerne über die Rahmenbedingungen sprechen und diese ggf. anpassen.

My room is to rent, because I won’t be in Cologne for this time. I will be writing my thesis with a friend of mine. Lucky you! You can rent this room for little money:) You will be sharing the flat with Fabi, who you can talk to in our nice and cozy kitchen or with a cigarette on the balcony. From the balcony you can enjoy the view to the garden, which is shared.
