Our shared flat is located in a quiet resedential area with cute Cafés, bakeries and small stores nearby. We are only a short walk away from the city forest, but still close to the city centre (15 min by tram to Rudolfplatz).
- 3 min to the tram station (Clarenbachstift)
- 3 min to Aldi,
- 8 min to HIT and Rewe
- 15/20 min to the University of Cologne by bike/tram
- 10 min to Ehrenfeld by bike
In our shared flat we value open communication, as well as a friendly and homely atmosphere, where everyone feels comfortable. Treating each other with respect and consideration is therefore a must. Both of us are vegan, so we would appreciate another vegan or a vegetarian with low animal product intake.
Because our schedules are quite different sometimes, we don’t have weekly meetings as a shared flat, but like to chitchat in the hallway, kitchen or when doing the laundry. We still like to go out together from time to time, but there is no obligation. (it’s more than okay to need time for oneself)
We value cleanliness, follow a weekly cleaning schedule and try to keep the common areas tidy.

I am 20 years old and in the 3rd semester of my neuroscience bachelor. In my free time I like to cook, bake, read, work out and go for walks in the city forest (to visit the ducks). I also enjoy going out to museums, theatre shows and concerts. When staying in, I like to watch movies or host cocktail/dinner parties for my friends.

I come from the south of Italy, I currently work part-time and I’m preparing myself for a bachelor in Informatik next year. There is a lot I love to do: from playing video and board games, cooking, baking pizza to listening to music and watching movies. I love to organise movie nights, game nights or just to sit down for a talk. I am almost always up for a chat around the house or grabbing a coffee together!
