Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Vermiete ein schönes Zimmer (ca. 18 qm groß) im Braunsfeld. Es besteht aus einem große Fenster und auch einem Balkon. Beide gehen zu einem schönen Innenhof hinaus. Deswegen ist ganz ruhig. Sonst das Zimmer ist teilmöbiliert, dort stehen ein Bett mit einer Matratze (1 Jahr alt) + 3 rosa Stühle + rosa Tisch (Kein extra Zahlung).
Der Boden besteht aus Vinyl-Asbest-Platten (kein Fliesenboden).
Die Wohnung ist von einer ältere Dame und sie untermietet gerne das Zimmer. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung drei Zimmer (einer von dem Dein Zimmer und 2 für sind von der ältere Dame), Flur, große Küche, Balkon, Badezimmer und Toilette (alle mit Fenster). Bad geht zum Innnehof. Die Küche ist mit einer Waschmaschine, Staubsauger und eigene Kühlschrank (also du wirst keine Kühlschrankt teilen) ausgestattet. Das Das Badzimmer hat eine Badawanne aber auch Duschen ist möglich.

The apartment is located on the first floor. Rent a nice room (about 18 square meters in size) in Braunsfeld. It consists of a large window and also a balcony. Both go out to a beautiful courtyard. Therefore it is very quiet. Otherwise the room is partly furnished, there is a bed with a mattress (1 year old) + 3 pink chairs + pink table (No extra payment).
The floor is made of vinyl asbestos panels (no tile floor).
The apartment is owned by an elderly lady and she likes to sublet the room. In total the apartment has three rooms (one of the your room and 2 for are from the older lady), hallway, large kitchen, balcony, bathroom and toilet (all with window). Bathroom faces the interior courtyard. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and own refrigerator (so you will not share a fridge). The bathroom has a bathtub but shower is also possible.
Top Lage! Haltestelle Maarweg
Die Wohnung befi sich im Braunsfeld mit allen möglichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Parks direkt um die Ecke. 2 Minuten zur Maarweg (Linie 1). Der Rhein ist 15 Minuten mit der Bahn entfernt. Ein Rewe, Gemma Bio Laden, 3 verschiedene Bäckerei, Restaurants, Eisladen, DM ist 2 zu 5 Minuten entfernt. Alles in ein paar Schritten erreicht!
Man ist auch in 10 Minuten in Rudolfplatz (innenstadt), die Spoho oder die Uni Köln sind 10 Minuten oder weniger entfernt. Der Stadtwald liegt auch in 2 Minuten zu Fuß (Mega schöner Park).

The apartment is located in Braunsfeld with all possible shopping facilities and parks just around the corner. 2 minutes to the Maarweg (line 1). The Rhein is 15 minutes (Heumarkt) away by train.
A Rewe, Gemma organic store, 3 different bakery, restaurants, ice cream store, DM is 2 to 5 minutes away. All reached in a few steps!
You can also be in Rudolfplatz (city center) 10 minutes, the Spoho or the University of Cologne are 10 minutes or less away. The city forest is also in 2 minutes walk (mega beautiful park).
Du wirst mit einer lieben älteren Dame leben.
Sie besitzt eine Katze (super süß), unterhaltet sich gerne und sehr gerne kocht. Sie ist Rentnerin.
Sie raucht im Ihren Zimmer und die Wohnung ist super gut gelüftet, also du bekommst keinen Rauch.
Sie ist immer hilfsbereit und nett. Sie spricht ein bisschen Englisch und auch Kölsch ;) paar kölsche Wörter kann man von ihr lernen!

She owns a cat (super cute), likes to entertain and very much likes to cook. She is a pensioner.
She smokes in your room and the apartment is super well ventilated, so you won't get smoke.
She is always helpful and nice. She speaks a little English and also Kölsch ;) few kölsche words you can learn from her!
Wir suchen eine Frau, die ein ruhiges Leben führt, da sie keine WG-Party ist. Aber natürlich kann man immer Freunde einladen und sie unterhält sich trotzdem gerne mit neuen Leuten.
Vor einem halben Jahr wurden neue Geräte angeschafft, z. B. eine Waschmaschine, ein Backofen, Wasserkocher und ein Staubsauger. Sie müssten dafür eine bestimmte Summe bezahlen, da ich sie zur Hälfte bezahlt habe. Es wären also etwa 50 Euro.
Außerdem kann es sein, dass ich meine Schränke und Mikrowelle verkaufe (aber du musst sie nicht unbedingt kaufen).
