Ich suche einen Nachmieter*in für mein möbiliertes WG-Zimmer. Ich wohne hier seit 4 Jahren mit meinen Mitbewohner Paul, der auch in der Wohnung bleiben wird. Paul (Spoho-Student) ist der Untermieter und du wärst der neue Hauptmieter*in, das heißt dir würden nicht nur die Möbel meines Zimmers, sondern auch die der ganzen Wohnung gehören. Aus diesem Grund ist die Kaution und der Abschlag verhältnismäßig hoch.
Die Wohnung liegt in Braunsfeld und hat eine super Bus und Bahn Anbindung. Vor allem für Spoho Studenten*innen sensationell. In 10 min an der Spoho, in 10 min am HBF. Ein Lidl ist 2 Fußminuten entfernt, ein Rewe ca. 7min.
Es gibt einen sehr großen Kellerabteil und einen Garten der von allen genutzt werden kann.
Ich bitte nur um Kontaktanfragen, wenn die Abschlagshöhe okay ist.
