Bei dem Zimmer handelt es sich um das mittel große Zimmer in der WG. Das Zimmer kann/muss nach bedarf gestrichen werden. Vorhänge sind vorhanden sowie eine Kommode.
In 5 min Fußweg Entfernung befindet sich das City-Center mit diversen Einkaufs Möglichkeiten. Die Bahn ist auch in 5 min zu erreichen und bringt euch in 20 min zum HBF Köln.
Die WG ist keine Zweck-WG(falls es sowas überhaupt gibt). Ich denke wir alle streben ein harmonisches und respektvolles zusammenleben an. Das funktioniert nicht ohne eine gute Kommunikation und Verständnis. Momentan wohne ich allein in der Wohnung da mein Bruder mit seiner Frau vor kurzem ausgezogen ist. Daher sind zwei Zimmer frei. Durch den Auszug ist die Wohnung relativ leer und müsste von uns neugestaltet werden. Ihr könnt euch da gerne mit einbringen 😊.
Da es sich um eine Sozialwohnung handelt, brauchen wir einen Wohnberechtigungsschein. Diesen müssen wir zusammen beantragen, da alle unsere Einkünfte mit einberechnet werden. Keiner sollte mehr als 1000€ verdienen, was bei Studenten/Azubis bestimmt auch nicht schwer ist.
Was Haustiere angeht, so sind z.B. kleine Hunde erlaubt.
