Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und hochwertig eingerichtet, mit einem großen Bett und einer Couch, hat einen eigenen Balkon, einen großen Fernseher und genug Platz für bspw eine Yoga Matte um dort Sport zu machen (ein paar Gewichte liegen auch bereit). Vom Wohnungseingang kommst du schnell ins Zimmer, auch das Bad ist in der Nähe.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße der Venloerstr. und somit im Herzen Ehrenfelds, mit absolut allem was man brauchen kann in der Nähe. Öffis, Bäckereien, Supermärkte, Drogerien, Restaurants, alles liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Bewohner sind beide studierend und Berufstätig, sind daher viel außer Haus, oft beim Partner, sitzen aber auch gerne mal bei einem Bier oder Glas Wein am Küchentisch zusammen. Sie sind offenherzig, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Gesucht wird eine idealerweise 25-45 jährige, berufstätige Person, die eine vorrübergehende Basis in Köln benötigt. Da es sich nur um eine zweimonatige Zwischenmiete handelt, wäre jemand der/die von Berufswegen vorrübergehend in Köln ist ideal.
