Hey Leute,
Ab dem 02.05.23 wird mein unbefristetes WG-Zimmer in Riehl frei. Mit seinen 12 qm ist das Zimmer zwar klein, aber fein. In der wohnung gibt es eine Spül- sowie eine waschmaschine. Das zimmer wird mit ( Schrank und die Möglichkeit eines Schreibtisches) vermietet
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen dem Zoo und dem Rhein, der zu Fuß nur ein paar Minuten entfernt ist. Die Bahnhaltestelle Boltensternstraße liegt ebenfalls nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Von dort aus fährt die Linie 18 direkt ins Zentrum, wo man in jede Richtung einen Anschluss bekommen kann. Auch ein Rewe undandere Geschäfte, wie ein Bäcker und eine Apotheke, sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen.
WG-Leben
Die aktuellen WG-Bewohner, wollen, dass es eine rein weibliche WG bleibt. Du würdest zusammenleben mit Ines (28), sie ist berufstätig und arbeitet viel von zuhause aus, spielt musik und fussball und reist viel. Außerdem spricht sie hauptsächlich englisch und learnt Deutsch. Es wäre also toll, wenn Sie auch Englisch sprechen würden.
Deine zweite Mitbewohnerin ist Katrin (25). Sie auch reist viel und mast und liebt Konzerte und Tanzen. ist auch erst vor kurzem eingezogen, weshalb ihr eine ganz neue Konstellation wärt und das WG-Leben nach euren Wünschen gestalten könnt.
Sonstiges
Die WG-Castings werden wir erst nach Ostern machen können.

Hey all,
We're looking for a 3rd WG, a girl. The house is located in a very nice area. Rhein is near by and station is close and takes you directly to main station. Koln HBF is 15 min by tram (linie 18)
We are 2 girls living here, Ines (28) and works from home 90% of the time, she travels a lot and loves music.
Then, you have Katrin (25) who just moved in this month and likes to attend concerts. She also travels often.
The room is 12sq, the house has waching machine, dish washer, bath tub, oven, microwave.
We're not a purpose shared flat and katrin just moved in so we are relatively a new shared flat ;)
There is a closet you can take and a desk from the keller if you need it.
