The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. The Rheinpark is 15 minutes away. And if you like to celebrate – the legendary boathouse is almost right around the corner.

David speaks German, English and a little Spanish. He is AI developer, often works from home and is always open to a good conversation. David loves to cook together, go to Beachvolleyball, WestcoastSwing or Salsa. Actually, he has a lot of pleasure when the day makes it. From time to time, he is going to celebrate, for example at electro parties.

We share some food, just as it suits us best. Because we're nonsmokers, it'd be great if you were. Otherwise, you can say to the WG life, we think it is great if you also want to do this or that together, and if you want to have time for yourself, that is of course also not a problem.

Du würdest mit Naike (23) aus Italien und David (31) zusammen wohnen.

Naike studiert dieses Jahr an der Uni zu Köln als Erasmus Studentin. Sie spricht Italienisch, Englisch und Deutsch und ist immer gerne für einen gemütlichen Plausch in der Küche oder einen gemeinsamen Serienabend im Wohnzimmer zu haben. In ihrer Freizeit verbringt sie Zeit mit ihren Freunden, spielt Klavier und häkelt gerne.

David spricht Deutsch, Englisch und ein wenig Spanisch. Er ist KI-Entwickler, arbeitet oft von zu Hause aus und ist immer offen für ein gutes Gespräch. David liebt es, gemeinsam zu kochen, zum Beachvolleyball, WestcoastSwing oder Salsa zu gehen. Eigentlich hat er auf super vieles Lust wenn der Tag es hergibt. Ab und zu geht er auch mal feiern, zum Beispiel auf Elektro Parties.

Wir teilen uns einige Lebensmittel, ganz so wie es für uns am besten passt. Da wir Nichtraucher sind, wäre es super, wenn du das auch wärst. Ansonsten kann man zum WG-Leben sagen, wir fänden es super wenn du auch Lust hast, dies oder das zusammen zu machen, und wenn man mal Zeit für sich haben möchte, ist das natürlich auch kein Problem.

The apartment has a large living room with sofa bed and plenty of space for guests/game evenings/ Clothes rack etc. In addition to the bathroom we have a guest room WC, which is very practical. The kitchen is a little older but works.

Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch und viel Platz für Gäste/ Spieleabende/ Wäscheständer etc. Außerdem haben wir zusätzlich zum Bad ein Gästezimmer WC, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Küche ist schon etwas älter aber funktioniert.
