Gesucht wird eine neue Nachmieter/in für mein schönes 14 m² großes Zimmer in Deutz. Das Zimmer mit einer Deckenhöhe von ca. 4 m ist möbliert, was ein Hochbett, einen Kleiderschrank und einige andere kleine Möbelstücke beinhaltet.
Neben dem Zimmer gibt es eine gemeinsame Wohnküche und ein kleines Bad mit Dusche.

a cozy, furnished room in a charming shared flat (2 people) in beautiful Deutz is waiting for you! You would share a spacious kitchen and a small bath room with Agathe.
Die Lage ist super!
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Lage in der zweiten Häuserreihe neben dem Rhein, sodass man innerhalb von 5 Minuten passend zum Sonnenuntergang an den Rheintreppen ist.
Die Linie 1,7 und 9 (Haltestelle Deutzer Freiheit), sowie die Linien 3 und 4 (Haltestelle Suevenstraße) sind in 3-5 Minuten zu erreichen. Außerdem ist man in 10 Minuten am Deutzer Bahnhof, was besonders für Pendler super einfach ist. Zum Fughafen sind es ca 15 Minuten mit der Bahn.
Auf der Deutzer Freiheit gibt es alles was man im alltäglichen Leben braucht. Von REWE, PEnny, DM, Denn's über Bäckereien hin zu netten Cafés, Kneipen und Restaurants.
Man sollte die rechte Rheinseite nicht unterschätzen ;-)
The location is awesome! The Rhine is just next door and public transport is excellent (tram 1,7,9, 3, 4), the train station Deutz/Messe are very close. The airport is just a 12min ride away. Very convenient for people who need tp commute or travel a lot. Supermarkets, Cafes etc. are just around the corner, the city center is just a 10 min walk. Although it's very cetral, the street is very calm and peaceful.
Du würdest hier mit Agathe wohnen. Das WG-Leben mit ihr ist entspannt und unkompliziert. Ein ungezwungenes Zusammenleben, wo jede/r sein Ding macht und man auch mal gemeinsam bei einem Wein verweilen kann, wäre top.
You would share the flat with Agathe. Living with her was always very easy-going. When's she not travelling, she's always up for a laugh and a glas of wine (and a piece of parmesan).
Das Zimmer wäre ab dem 1. Juli (oder auch etwas früher) frei bis zum Ende des Jahres oder evtl. auch bis März 2019. Eine kürzere Zwischemiete ist auch möglich.
