The room is 26 sqm and is located in the 1.OG. It has white walls and a parquet floor. The room has several windows and is therefore very bright. The floor plan is perfect.
The student villa, with two 3 WG apartments and a 4 WG, is located in the best central location of Efferen vis-a-vis of Sülz. You can easily reach the campus by bicycle in approx. 15 minutes via Berrenrather Street or by tram line 18 to Weißhausstraße in approx.
25 minutes.
The tram stop is about 10 minutes walk away.
Various shops, such as Rewe and Lidl and many locals, can be found in the immediate vicinity.
The student villa has its own courtyard, which invites you to linger and grill in summer, a bicycle garage, a washing cellar with washing machine and dryer, as well as a party room.
Technically, all apartments are equipped with W-LAN (high speed with up to 400Mbit/s) so that the parallel use of Internet, TV and telephone is possible without loss of quality.

Die Studentenvilla, mit zwei 3er-WG-Wohnungen und einer 4er WG, ist in bester zentraler Lage von Efferen vis-a-vis von Sülz gelegen. Zum Campus gelangt man bequem mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 15 Minuten über die Berrenrather Straße oder mit der Straßenbahn mit der Linie 18 bis Weißhausstraße in ca.
25 Minuten.
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Verschiedenste Geschäfte, wie Rewe und Lidl und etliche Lokale sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung zu finden.
Die Studentenvilla verfügt über einen eigenen Innenhof, der im Sommer zum Verweilen und Grillen einlädt, eine Fahrradgarage, einen Waschkeller mit Waschautomat und Trockner, sowie einen Partyraum.

The student villa was founded in 2015. All students are welcome to us! Most rooms are rented! At the foundations of the WGs, we attach great importance to the fact that the residents fit well together and the students of the individual WGs are looking for their roommates by casting themselves.
We have already been able to gain a very positive experience for a few years.
The idea came to us when our children became starters....
Die Studentenvilla ist 2015 gegründet worden. Alle Studenten sind bei uns herzlich Willkommen! Die meisten Zimmer sind vermietet! Bei den Gründungen der WGs legen wir sehr großen Wert darauf, daß die Bewohner gut zusammen passen und die Studenten der einzelnen WGs suchen sich ihre Mitbewohner durch ein Casting selber aus.
Wir haben dies bzgl. schon einige Jahre sehr positive Erfahrung sammeln können.
Die Idee kam uns, als unsere Kinder Studienanfänger wurden.....
