Mit 10qm zwar klein aber die Aussicht im 13. Stock ist wirklich sehr schön - keine Anderen Gebäude die die Sicht verbauen.
Außerdem gibt es eine große Fensterbank auf der man sehr schön sitzen kann :)
Ansonsten alles sehr normal: Weiße Wände, Teppichboden.
Folgende Möbel würde ich bei Bedarf übergeben: Regal, Schrank mit Fächern und Kleiderstange, Kommode mit 5 Schubladen und großer Schreibtisch.
Alle anderen Sachen die auf den Fotos zu sehen sind ziehen mit mir aus.
ACHTUNG: DU MUSST AUF DER LISTE DES KSTW STEHEN DAMIT DU EINZIEHEN KANNST
Small at 10qm but the view from the 13th floor is really nice - no other buildings blocking the view.
There is also a large windowsill on which you can sit very nicely :)
Otherwise, everything is very normal: white walls, carpet floor.
I would hand over the following furniture if needed: Shelf, wardrobe with compartments and clothes rail, chest of drawers with 5 drawers and large desk.
All the other things you see in the photos are moving out with me.

- umgeben von Wiesen auf denne im Sommer viele Menschen chillen
- sehr nah am Grüngürtel
- 9 minutes to the train
- 20 minutes by bike to the university
- 9 minutes to two supermarkets
- beautiful lake right behind the house ;)
- no big street nearby so very quiet
- surrounded by meadows where many people chill out in summer
- very close to the green belt
