Super geschnittenes Zimmer in toller 2er WG, große Wohnung

Die S Bahnhaltestelle "Technologiepark" ist ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Bis zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Maarweg" (Linie 1) läuft man 10 Minuten. Der Bahnhof Ehrenfeld ist über die Bushaltestelle "Karnevalsmuseum" sehr gut in 6 Minuten erreichbar. Bis zur Bushaltestelle läuft man ca. 5 Minuten. Bis zur Ausgehmeile Venloerstr. ist man zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten und mit dem Rad 7 Minuten unterwegs. Der Stadtwald als Nahrerholungsgebiet ist sehr nah, was vor allen an sonnigen Wochenenden ganz wunderbar ist. Einkaufen kann man direkt ums Eck. Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann, Biomarkt, Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar

The "Technologiepark" S-Bahn stop is about 15 minutes' walk away. The tram stop "Maarweg" (line 1) is a 10-minute walk away. Ehrenfeld train station can be reached very easily in 6 minutes via the bus stop "Karnevalsmuseum". It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the bus stop. The Venloerstr. nightlife area is about 20 minutes away by foot and 7 minutes by bike. The Stadtwald, a natural area in the middle of the city with a small lake, is very close as a relaxation and recovery area, which is especially wonderful on sunny weekends. Shopping is just around the corner. Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann, organic market, bakery are within walking distance.

In meiner Freizeit höre ich gerne Musik, treffe mich mit Freunden (auch gerne mal auf das eine oder andere Bier) und sportel so gut ich es eben schaffe. Ich arbeite im Gesundheitsbereich und bin selbstständig tätig. Ich koche sehr gerne und regelmäßig und würde mich freuen, wenn wir ab und zu zusammen essen würden. Ich selbst esse überwiegend vegetarisch. Im Sommer genieße ich sämtliche Outdooraktivitäten und fahre auch nach wie vor gerne auf Musikfestivals. Für mich ist mein zuhause ein Rückzugsort und Safespace, an dem ich mich von meiner Arbeit erholen möchte, es aber auch genieße am Wochenende Leute im Haus zu haben, zum gemeinsamen Essen, Trinken und/ oder Spielen.

Du solltest offen, gesellig, undogmatisch und (nach Möglichkeit )berufstätig sein oder einer anderen regelmäßigen Tätigkeit nachgehen. Außerdem solltest du WG Erfahrung mitbringen und in der Lage sein, Unstimmigkeiten erwachsen auf Augenhöhe und sachlich zu klären. Wenn du auf der Suche nach keiner reinen Zweck- aber auch keiner Kuschel WG bist, könntest du dich hier wohlfühlen. Solltest du mehr Lust auf eine Party WG haben, ist dieser Ort nicht das Richtige für dich. Bitte bringe keine Haustiere mit.

Hi, I'm Leo, 39 years old and maybe I'll soon be your roommate :)

In my free time I like to listen to music, meet up with friends (sometimes for a beer or two) and exercise as much as I can. I work in the health sector and am self-employed. I like to cook regularly and would be happy if we could eat together from time to time. I eat mainly vegetarian myself. In summer, I enjoy all outdoor activities and still like to go to music festivals. For me, my home is a retreat and safe space where I want to relax from my work, but I also enjoy having people over at the weekend to eat, drink and/or play together.

You should be open, sociable, undogmatic and (if possible) working or have another regular job. You should also have experience of living in a shared flat and be able to resolve disagreements objectively and as equals. If you are not looking for a purely functional flat share, but also not a cuddly flat share, you could feel comfortable here. If you are more in the mood for a party flat share, this is not the right place for you. Please do not bring any pets.

Optional kannst Du für 35 Euro im Monat saisonales Gemüse mitessen. Ich bin Teil einer Kölner Solawi (solidarische Landwirtschaft) und einmal die Woche gibt es frisch geerntetes Gemüse vom Acker.

Optionally, you can eat seasonal vegetables for 35 euros a month. I am part of a Cologne Solawi (solidarity farming) and once a week there are freshly harvested vegetables from the field.
