Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert. Die Warm-Miete inklusive W-Lan, GEZ, etc. beträgt 435€ im Monat. Die Kaution ist eine Monatsmiete, das bekommst du dann am Ende natürlich zurück. Das Zimmer ist durch die Fenster-Front über Tag hell beleuchtet. Abends kann man das Zimmer durch elektrische Jalousien abdunkeln.
Die nächste KVB-Station ist die Weinsbergstraße/ Gürtel, zu Fuß in ca 3-5 Minuten erreichbar. In ca 3
Minuten ist man beim Netto, beim Aldi in ca 8 Minuten zu Fuß. In Ehrenfeld sind viele junge Leute, Restaurants und Cafes, also eine hammer Lage! :)
Das WG-Leben ist total entspannt und locker. Du wohnst dann mit Sascha, Yannek und Georg zusammen. Oft wird abends Fußball geschaut, Gesellschaftsspiele gespielt oder eine Serie geguckt während das ein oder andere Bierchen getrunken wird. Brauchst du deine Ruhe wird das natürlich auch akzeptiert und du kannst dich ohne Probleme in dein Zimmer zurückziehen :)
Besichtigungs-/Kennenlerntermine müssten individuell abgesprochen werden, sodass du im besten Fall alle kennenlernen kannst! In Ansprache sind auch Online-Besichtigungen möglich :)
