Hallo,
Wir (Annalena 26 & Claudia 24) suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin.
Das Zimmer ist 12m2 groß und ist unmöbliert.
Bad und Toilette ist getrennt. Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer und einen sonnigen Südbalkon.
Dein Zimmer ist auch im Sonmer angenehm kühl.
Die U-Bahn Station ist in zwei Minuten zu erreichen und es gibt viele naheliegende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, Rossmann, DM usw. Bäcker und Apotheke sind auch nur wenige Meter entfernt.
Die Wohnung und das Zimmer (in den Innenhof) ist sehr ruhig gelegen.
Ein eigener Parkplatz für dein auto ist vorhanden.
Wir sind 2 offene entspannte Mädls die gerne was unternehmen sei es am Rhein zu liegen, was essen zu gehen oder entspannt am Abend zu kochen & zusammen gemütlich was trinken. Am Wochenende gehen wir auch gerne mal zusammen feiern, allerdings nur jedes zweites, da wie beide in UKM arbeiten.
Wir wollen auf jeden Fall keine Zweck-WG.
