Hallo liebe*r zukünftige Mitbewohner*in

Ab Anfang Oktober wird in meiner Zweier-Wg ein Zimmer frei. Meine Mitbewohnerin hat dort 5 Jahre gewohnt und zieht jetzt mit Ihrem Freund zusammen.

Dein Zimmer ist geräumig und mit einem Doppelfenster ausgstattet. Es hat Laminatboden und wird mit einer Infrarotheizung beheizt.

Wohnen würdest du in der Hackländerstraße in Ehrenfeld welche fußläufig zu Supermärkten, Bahnhof und Parks liegt.

Das bisherige WG Leben bestand aus einem harmonischen und entspannten Miteinander. EineZweck WG ist auf jeden Fall nicht gewollt.

Ich, deine zukünftiger Mitbewohner heißt übrigens Johannes (29), ist angehender Tischler und würde sich als offenherzigen und zugänglichen Mitbewohner beschreiben. Große Erwartungen habe ich eigentlich nicht. Du solltest einfach nett und umgänglich sein.

Wenn du also Interesse an dem Zimmer hast stell dich doch einfach kurz vor und wir können ein erstes kurzes Kennenlernen über Facetime etc. einrichten.
