Biete schönes möbliertes Zimmer in 2er WG zur Zwischenmiete im schönen Ehrenfeld. Ab 1.4. bis 30. Juni.
Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und ist knapp 70m2 groß. Das zu vermietende Zimmer davon knapp 18m2 mit großen Fenster und Nord-West Ausrichtung. Die Straße ist super ruhig, sodass man weder tagsüber noch abends Lärm hat. Im Zimmer vorhanden sind ein Bett, Nachttisch, Regal, Kleiderschrank, Tisch und ein Sessel. Eventuell kann die Miete verlängert werden. Das ist aktuell aber noch nicht sicher, daher ist der Zeitraum erstmal bis zum 30. April begrenzt.

The apartment is on the second floor and is just under 70m2 in size. The room for rent is just under 18m2 with large windows and north-west orientation. The street is very quiet, so there is no noise during the day or in the evening. The room has a bed, bedside table, shelf, closet, table and an armchair.
It may be possible to extend the rental period. However, this is not yet certain, so the period is initially limited until April 30.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral im schönen Ehrenfeld. Circa 5 Gehminuten zur U-Bahnhaltestelle Körnerstr. und circa 10 Minuten zur Haltestelle Venloer Str. / Gürtel. Der Bahnhof Köln-Ehrenfeld sowie Köln-West sind mit dem Fahrrad in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Auf der nahegelegenen Venloer Straße gibt es so ziemlich alle Geschäfte die man im Alltag benötigen könnte. 3 Rewe, 2 Dm, 2 Aldi und ein Kaufland sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Darüber hinaus gibt es mehr Cafés und Kneipen als man an einem Wochenende besuchen kann und das Gastro Angebot ist ebenfalls gut aufgestellt. Wenn man möchte gelangt mana auch zügig mit dem Rad oder ÖPNV in die Innenstadt (circa 15 Minuten) und im Belgischen Viertel ist man zu Fuß in maximal 20 Min.
Die Unmittelbare Nachbarschaft der Wohnung ist dank Lage in einer Nebenstraße absolut ruhig und man kriegt nichts vom regen Treiben auf der Venloer Str. mit.

The apartment is centrally located in beautiful Ehrenfeld. About 5 minutes walk to the subway station Körnerstr. and about 10 minutes to the station Venloer Str. / Gürtel. Cologne-Ehrenfeld train station and Köln-West can be reached by bike in less than 10 minutes. On the nearby Venloer Straße there are pretty much all the stores you could need in everyday life. 3 Rewe, 2 Dm, 2 Aldi and a Kaufland are within walking distance.
In addition, there are more cafés and pubs than you can visit on a weekend and the gastronomic offer has improved quite a bit since I first moved here. If you want, you can also get to the city center quickly by bike or public transport (about 15 minutes) and the Belgian Quarter can be reached on foot in a maximum of 20 minutes.
The immediate neighborhood of the apartment is absolutely quiet thanks to its location in a side street and you won't notice any of the hustle and bustle on Venloer Str.
Ich schätzte eine ruhige, wertschätzende Atmosphäre in der WG. Ich selbst bin halb im Büro und halb an der Uni und daher doch recht viel unterwegs. Gerne zeige ich bei einem oder mehreren Spaziergänge die schönen und besonders schönen Ecken vom Viertel und die guten Gastro-Spots. Da es sich hier um eine Zwischenmiete handelt gilt noch mehr als sonst der Grundsatz: alles kann nichts muss. Lediglich, aber das sollte selbstverständlich sein, würde ich erwarten dass man hinter sich aufräumt und einem Sauberkeit und Ordnung ebenfalls wichtig ist.

I appreciated a quiet, appreciative atmosphere in the shared flat. I have a part-time job and attend university, so I'm out and about quite a lot. I am gladly up for showing you around in Ehrenfeld and point out the nice cafes and spots for good food. As this is an interim rental, I do not expect us to get to know each other super well, but if we get along well of course I'm up for exploring the city together. Last but not least, but this should go without saying, tidiness and cleanliness are well appreciated.
