Hallo Zusammen,
aktuell wohne ich in einer ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Neubauwohnung in Ehrenfeld, die sich über zwei Etagen erstreckt, einen Balkon und eine sehr große Wohnessküche hat, wodurch ein familiäres WG Leben quasi wie selbstverständlich entsteht. Du würdest mit Saskia und Phillip zusammenwohnen, beide berufstätig, ordentlich und an einem aktiven WG Leben interessiert.
Das Zimmer ist mit ca. 11qm etwas kleiner was mich aber durch den Stauraum im Flur und Keller und das große Wohnzimmer nie gestört hat. Da sich die Nebenkostenvorauszahlung erhöht hat zahle ich aktuell 643€ (alles inklusive).
