Ich vermiete mein Zimmer in einer zweier WG unter, da ich momentan noch im Ausland bin.
Das Zimmer ist 25 qm gross und hat eine zugang zum gemeinsamen Balkon zur Sonnenuntergangsseite. Es gibt ein sofa, einen Fernseher, und eine waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung ist in einem Hochhaus direkt am Rochusplatz in Bickendorf / Ehrenfeld. Unten im Haus ist ein dm, ein Rewe, ein Kiosk, eine Bushaltestelle & Bahnhaltestelle. Man ist in 7 min am Friesenplatz und in 2 min an der Venloer Straße Gürtel. Ein park und einige Cafés sind fussläufig.
In der WG wohnt meine Freundin Marie (26). Sie studiert Politikwissenschaften in Düsseldorf und arbeitet an einer Schule in Köln. Wir kochen gerne zusammen, gucken eine Serie, etc. Da das Zimmer aber nur für einen Monat frei ist, werdet ihr natürlich nicht soo viel zeit gemeinsam haben.
In den 600€ miete sind bereits alle Nebenkosten enthalten.
