I think about the Körnerstraße I don't have to say much, many know them, among others the Körnerstraßefest, Carnival also goes the Sause am Kiosk, the nice coffees & small shops, street type everywhere and attention to detail when it comes to plants. Accordingly, it is sometimes a bit louder when you have the windows to the street.

Ich denke zur Körnerstraße muss ich nicht viel sagen, viele kennen sie, unter anderem das Körnerstraßenfest, Karneval geht auch die Sause am Kiosk, die netten Kaffees & kleinen Läden, Streetart überall und Liebe zum Detail, wenn es um Pflanzen geht. Dementsprechend ist es manchmal etwas lauter wenn man die Fenster zur Straße hin auf hat.

Hey hey 🤗 I'm Kathi, a native girl and young lady level 37 and only recently live on the beautiful social Körnerstraße, work at the stages Cologne in the costume department and have distributed wild working hours all week (30hd/week), more late service than early service and often on weekends! Hey hey 🤗 ich bin Kathi, gebürtige Köllnerin und jungebliebene 37 und wohne erst seit kurzem auf der schönen geselligen Körnerstraße, arbeite bei den Bühnen Köln in der Kostümabteilung und habe wilde Arbeitszeiten über die ganze Woche verteilt (30std/Woche), mehr Spätdienst als Frühdienst und oft am Wochenende! Ich bin ein recht kreativer Mensch, liebe Theater, bin gelernte Damenmaßschneiderin, nähe auch privat und bin noch in der Gestaltungsphase der Wohnung ( Interior Design Fan / DIY ) Ich koche manchmal, gehe auch gerne auswärts essen, mache gerne Cocktails oder gehe gerne in Bars und gehe auch mal tanzen wenn ich am Wochenende frei habe. Michelle and I have just recently moved together (mid December 24) into the newly completely renovated empty apartment and have taken a lot of money into the hand and bought a complete new kitchen, washing machine, bathroom furniture and bench. Accordingly, the impact is quite high. In the living room there is a sideboard and a sofa with Michelle. Maybe you have beautiful living room furniture too? (New purchases would be: new sofa (possibly the same mirror, other color 630€) TV, sideboard, possibly dining table) There is a roof terrace that can be used for all house parties to the rear, e.g. Hang up laundry or drink a drink.

Michelle und ich sind erst vor kurzem zusammen gezogen (Mitte Dezember 24) in die neu komplett sanierte leere Wohnung und haben viel Geld in die Hand genommen und eine komplette neue Küche gekauft, Waschmaschine, Badmöbel und Sitzbank. Dementsprechend ist der Abschlag recht hoch. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Sideboard und ein Sofa was Michelle mitnimmt. Vielleicht hast du ja auch schöne Wohnzimmer Möbel? (Neue Anschaffungen wären: neues Sofa (eventuell gleiches Spiegelverkehrt, andere Farbe 630€) TV, Sideboard, eventuell Esstisch) Es gibt eine Dachterrasse, die für alle Hausparteien nutzbar ist nach hinten raus, um zb. Wäsche aufzuhängen oder mal nen Getränk zu trinken.
