Das Zimmer ist relativ groß (25m2) und ist dazu mit einem Erker und dementsprechend vielen Fenstern ausgestattet. Das Zimmer wird möbliert überlassen: Bett (1,60 Breite), TV (42 Zoll + Netflix), 2 Sofas, stereo boxen von Teufel (Bluetooth kompatibel), Schreibtisch, Schrank und diversen Staumöglichkeiten.
Mitbewohner sind Max (arbeitet im Gloria) und Marius (Mediendesigner, der zur Zeit in der Schule arbeitet). Beides sehr nette Typen.
Anbindung ist sehr gut. STR 5 + 13 sind innerhalb einer Minute fußläufig erreichbar. Am Ehrenfelder Bahnhof ist man etwa in 4 Minuten. Supermärkte (Penny + Rewe) beide ca. In 5 Minuten.
Max ist 30 und arbeitet im Gloria und Marius ist 26 und studiert Mediendesign. Beides sind lockere Menschen. Man hat aber zugleich auch seine Ruhe.
