Die Wohnung hat 75 qm, davon gehören 17 dir. Ich lasse meine Möbel natürlich in der Zwischenzeit drin: 1,40m Bett, Kleiderstange, Schlafcouch, Schreibtisch, Regale, ein Perserteppich!
Das Haus ist letztes Jahr gebaut worden. Darum ist alles entsprechend neu. Wir haben Fußbodenheizung, ein Bad und ein WC. Mein Zimmer liegt zum Innenhof. Einige Wände und die Decke sind rohverputzt und in einem industriellen Design (wie auf den Bildern sichtbar).
Im Innenhof kann man die ein oder andere fröhliche Bierpong-Runde mitbekommen, im Haus wohnen nämlich nur Studenten! Wer seine Ruhe haben will, kann das natürlich auch haben!

17qm. The furnitures will stay in the room: wardrobe, 1,40m bed, desk, carpet, sleeping couch.
The building was built last year, so everything is basically new. We have underfloor heating and two bathrooms. My room is located to the patio, some walls are in an industrial design (you can see it on the pictures).
Since there are students only living in this building, it is very easy to meet locals and new people and have funny nights outside. If you want to stay on your own, you can do so too of course! ***
Die Wohnung liegt an der Haltestelle Weinsbergstraße, am Melatengürtel. Direkt hinter dem Haus gibt es ein Netto, Rewe ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Linien 142 und 143, sowie 13 fahren vor der Haustür, wenn man zehn Minuten bis Aachener Str./Gürtel bzw. Venloer Str. läuft, fahren von dort auch 3 und 4 bzw. 1 und 7 (glaube ich :D). Zur Uni ist man mit dem Fahrrad in 10min, in die Innenstadt in 15min gefahren.
Zum entspannten Feierabendbier oder die ein oder andere Snackrunde auf der Venloer ist die Wohnung perfekt geeignet.
***The flat is located in Ehrenfeld which is a very popular district for students. We stay between Venloer and Aachener Straße which are both streets full of cafés, restaurants and bars. You'll be at uni by bus/train in 20min, in the center in 15. By bicycle it's way faster of course. ***
Das WG-Leben ist super entspannt und herzlich. Du würdest mit Marlene (20), studiert Sozialwissenschaften, und Citlali (21),studiert BWL zusammenwohnen. Ggf. auch mit ihren Untermietern, denn wir sind im Sommer wohl alle im Ausland!
***We are a chilled and relaxed flat. You'll stay with either Marlene (20), currently studying social sciences or Citlali (21), studying economics because one of them will subrent their room during summer for sure too.
Die Miete setzt sich zusammen aus 464€ (warm) und 164€ (warm) für Juli. Genaue Daten können wir absprechen und variieren. :)
Alle weiteren Nebenkosten sind abgedeckt, kleine WG-Käufe wie Klopapier etc. sind in der Rechnung natürlich nicht enthalten. :)
*** The rent will be 464€ for August (everything included), 164€ for July. That's what I was thinking about but we can also find a midway for another date (time).
