Hallo alle :) (*English below)
Dein Zimmer wäre 17m² groß und ist sehr hell durch die Fensterfront die zur Nordseite liegt. Die WG ist im Erdgeschoss, man kann dank der kleinen Hecke vor den Fenstern und den Rollos eigentlich kaum reingucken. Wir haben hier ein Bad, eine Küche (Backofen, Herd, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Mixer, Kaffeemaschine etc. sind alles da) und zwei Zimmer, alles recht neu. Das Zimmer ist möbeliert, d.h. alles von Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrankwand, Regale ist vorhanden.
Die Haltestelle Weinsbergstr./Gürtel (Bus + Bahn) befindet sich direkt vor der Tür, zum Bahnhof Ehrenfeld sind es mit dem Fahrrad auch nur 6 min. (zu Fuß ca. 10). Ein Netto ist direkt hinterm Haus, Aldi ist auch nicht weit. Die Venloer Straße ist mit all den Cafes, Bars etc. quasi um die Ecke.
Da ich jetzt für ein Praktikum nach München gehe, würde ich mein Zimmer gerne untervermieten. Wohnen würdest du mit meiner jetzigen Mitbewohnerin Sibel: Sie ist 26, studiert Jura an der Uni Köln, hat Spaß am Leben.. wir verstehen uns super und wöchentliche Bachelor Sessions, mal ein Drink in der Küche oder draußen losziehen war normal für unser WG Leben. Aber auch hier: Alles kann, nichts muss! Jeder hat hier auch seinen Freiraum und kann sich zurückziehen, wenn das gewünscht ist, also alles entspannt. Meine Zeit in München ist relativ flexibel, weshalb es auch sein kann, dass du länger mieten könntest als der gegebene Zeitraum - das können wir dann gerne nochmal besprechen. Falls ich mein Praktikum verlängern sollte, könnte eine mögliche Hauptmiete ab Anfang des Jahres möglich sein.

Heya
The room is 17m² and is quite light due to the big window front facing the north. We have a bathroom, a kitchen (with a dishwasher!) and two rooms, everything is relatively new and modern (as you can see on the pictures).
The station Weinsbergstr./Gürtel (bus + train) is right in front of our door, the train station Bahnhof Ehrenfeld is 10 min by foot or 6 min by bike away. Netto and Aldi are close by. On Venloer Straße you can find all sorts of cafes, restaurants, bars etc.
You would live with my roomie Sibel, 26, who studies law. Sitting together in one of our rooms, having tv nights, talking about our days or just simply go out together is a part of our living situation -- but no pressure. You have your own space where you can do whatever you want if you feel like it. I am going for an internship to Munich which is quite flexible yet -- so there is a possibility that you could stay longer than the time frame that appears above.
