Keine weißen Menschen! Gerne BIPOC (Schwarze Menschen, Migrant*innen, People of Color, Geflüchtete). Am liebsten queer (lgbt+), aufjedenfall keine cis hetero Männer.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 m² groß und hat ein Fenster Richtung Süden. Es liegt sozusagen im Erdgeschoss (bei uns Hochpaterre). Die Warmmiete liegt bei 346€. Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1. Dezember frei. Die Kaution ist 700€, falls du das Geld nicht direkt hast können wir quatschen und gemeinsam eine Lösung finden wie Raten.

The room is around 16 m2 and has a window facing South. The room is located on the first floor. The warm rent (including electricity and internet) for the room is 356€. The room is available starting December 1st. There is a Kaution around 700€, if you can not pay it directly we can find solutions together.
Wir wohnen zwischen Ehrenfeld und Braunsfeld umgeben von Beton und Industriegebietscharme. Grüne Naherholung ist allerdings nicht weit - bis zum Stadtwald sind es nur 5-10 Fahrradminuten und unser kleiner Balkon wird jedes Jahr zum Frühjahr liebevoll herausgeputzt.
Zur Venloer Straße oder zur Dürener Straße mit ihren Kneipen, Restaurants, Läden und Supermärkten sind es ebenfalls 5-10 min mit dem Fahrrad. Außerdem finden sich direkt nebenan/gegenüber eine Tankstelle und ein Netto. Es gibt Parkplatz.

Our house is between Ehrenfeld and Braunsfeld, located near an industrial area. However, nature and green-scenery is not far: It only takes 5 to 10 minutes by bike to get to the Stadtwald. We also have a nice, spacious terrace on the first floor that is usually cleaned every spring so we can sit in it and enjoy the nice weather then.
It takes only 5-10 min by bike to reach Venloer Straße and Dürener Straße, which are known for their vibrant life and have a lot of restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets. In addition, we live nearby a gas station and Netto. There are parking spots nearby.

Wir leben in einer QTBIPOC WG.
Wir sind eine queere linke (no anti Ds) kommunale WG und daher definitiv keine zweck WG. Wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander - ob zum Musik hören, Feiern (gelegentliche WG Parties) oder Diskutieren, Insta posten, Kochen und Essen. Aber es gibt auch Momente, in denen alle hauptsächlich den eigenen Leidenschaften und Beschäftigungen nachgehen. Und Raum um sich zurückzuziehen, ist natürlich immer da!
Kühlschränke mit personifizierten Fächern finden wir doof, deshalb haben wir eine Gemeinschaftskasse und kaufen davon ein - allerdings vorwiegend vegetarisch.
Falls ihr Lust habt in den nächsten 2 Jahren langfristig mit uns zu wohnen*, meldet euch gerne bei uns - Hauptsache, wir erfahren von euren Interessen und eurer Vorstellung vom Zusammenleben.

We are a QTBIPOC WG.
We are a queer leftist (no anti Ds) communal WG and therefore definitely not a „zweck WG“. We like to spend time together - listening to music, partying (occasional WG parties) or carrying discussions, posting on Insta, cooking and eating together. But there are also moments when everyone is mainly doing their own things.
We find refrigerators with personalized compartments silly, so we have a household fund and share the cost of food and basic needs - mainly vegan/vegetarian.
If you are interested in living with us for the next 2 years*, please contact us - the main thing is that we know about your interests and your expectations of living together.
