Hallo zusammen,
wir suchen ab sofort oder zum 1. Februar einen Nachmieter*in für ein
Zimmer in unserer 3er WG in der Venloer Straße. Das Zimmer ist für 3 Monate bis Mai zu mieten mit der Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung.
Das Zimmer hat ungefähr 11qm und ist schön hell und ruhig. Bisher hat es immer 400€ gekostet, da alle Bewohner das Gleiche gezahlt haben, da können wir aber drüber reden.
In dem Zimmer steht ein Bett und eine Kleiderstange, welche übernommen werden können. Es gibt auch noch ein Regal was bei Bedarf mit übernommen werden kann, ansonsten ist es unmöbliert.
Die Wohnung liegt superzentral in Ehrenfeld, man ist in 1 Minute bei der Station Venloer Str./Gürtel und in 4 Minunten an der S-Bahn Ehrenfeld.

Hello everyone,
We are looking for a new tenant for the 1st of February for a
Room in our WG in Venloer Straße. The room can be rented for 3 months with the possibility of extension.
The room has about 11sqm and is beautiful bright and quiet. So far, it has always cost 400 €, as all of us have been paiying the same, but we can talk about that.
The room has a bed and a rag for clothes, which can be taken over. There is also a shelf which can be taken over when needed, otherwise it is unfurnished.
The apartment is super central in Ehrenfeld, you can be in 1 minute at the station Venloer Str./Gürtel and in 4 minutes at the S-Bahn Ehrenfeld.
