Wir suchen eine*n entspannte*n Mitbewohner*in für unsere kleine, aber hübsche WG in Ehrenfeld ab dem 08.01.2024. Die Wohnung ist schlank geschnitten und dank der vielen Fenster recht hell.
Du kannst, wenn du magst in Hauptmietvertrag aufgenommen werden.
Wir haben vor Kurzem eine neue Küche (Herd+Ofen, Kühlschrank, Spüle) gekauft, daher fällt ein Abschlag in Höhe von 500 € an. Die Kaltmiete beinhaltet schon die Betriebskosten. Die Nebenkosten sind Strom und Gas und unter sonstige Kosten ist Internet und GEZ aufgeführt.
Das selbstgebaute Bett kann für 50€ gerne übernommen werden.
Der Besichtigungstermin wird Donnerstag, 28.12. zwischen 17 -20 Uhr sein.

We are looking for a relaxed flatmate for our small but nice shared flat in Ehrenfeld from 08.01.2024. The flat is quite bright thanks to the many windows.
If you like, you can be included in the main rental agreement.
We have recently bought a new kitchen (cooker+oven, fridge, sink), so there is a partial payment of 500 €. The basic rent already includes the operating costs. The additional costs are electricity and gas and other costs include Internet and GEZ.
The self-made bed can be taken over for €50.
The viewing date is Monday, December 28th. Be between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Ehrenfeld, man ist in einer Minute bei der Station Venloer Str./Gürtel und in drei Minunten an der S-Bahn Ehrenfeld. Die Adresse des Gebäudes lautet zwar Venloer Straße, der Eingang liegt allerdings in der Hansemannstraße, sodass man ein klein wenig Abstand zur tumultigen Venloer Str. hat.

The apartment is very centrally located in Ehrenfeld, so you reach the station Venloer Str./Gürtel in one minute and in three minutes you are at the S-Bahn Ehrenfeld. The address of the building is Venloer Straße, but the entrance is in Hansemannstraße, so you have a little distance to the tumultuous Venloer Straße.
Wir haben mal gehört, dass es eigentlich nur zwei WG-Regeln gibt: Seid nett zueinander und hinterlasst den Raum so, wie er vorher war.
Uns schwebt eine entspannte, unkomplizierte und respektvolle WG-Runde vor und wir fänden es schön, einen Ort zu schaffen, an den man gern nach Hause kommt.
Kurz was zu uns:
Ich bin Ani, 34 und als Stadtplanerin in einem freien Planungsbüro tätig. Ich ziehe neu in die WG, weil ich festgestellt habe, dass ich WG-Leben schöner finde als allein zu wohnen und freue mich darauf, den Wohnraum gemeinsam zu gestalten.
Ich, Annika bin 36 Jahre alt und bin wieder zurück nach Köln gekommen. Ich wohne schon länger in der WG und arbeite als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin an der Uni, bin aber eigentlich Sozialarbeiterin. Ich freue mich auch auf ein gemeinsames WG-Leben, suchte aber auch gern schon mal Serien nach einem langem Tag in meinem Zimmer.
Uns ist ein wertschätzender und respektvoller Umgang miteinander wichtig. Alle Diskriminierungsformen und -ismen sind nicht erwünscht.

We once heard that there are really only two rules for flat-sharing: Be nice to each other and leave the room as it was before.
We want a relaxed, uncomplicated and respectful flat share and we think it would be nice to create a place that people enjoy coming home to.
A few words about us:
I am Ani, 34 and work as a city planner in a freelance planning office. I'm moving into a shared apartment because I've discovered that I find living in a shared apartment better than living alone and I'm looking forward to designing the living space together.
I, Annika, am 36 years old and have come back to Cologne. I've been living in the shared apartment for a long time and work as a research assistant at the university, but I'm actually a social worker. I'm also looking forward to living in a shared apartment, but I also like to look for series after a long day in my room.
It is important to us that we treat each other with appreciation and respect. All forms and forms of discrimination are not welcome.
