Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,
weil unsere Mitbewohnerin unsere WG verlässt, sind wir auf der Suche nach einem neuem, vierten Mitglied für unsere WG. Das Zimmer ist ab dem 08.05. frei, 10,5 qm groß, gut geschnitten und mit den Fenstern zur Nachmittags- und Abendsonne ausgerichtet. Der Hängeschrank (siehe Bilder) müsste übernommen werden. Optional kannst du auch die Kleiderstange und die Malmkommode gegen einen schmalen Taler haben :).
Zur Wohnung gehören außerdem ein großer, heller Aufenthaltsraum, der als Küche (mit Spülmaschine), Ess- und Wohnzimmer fungiert und zum gemütlich machen einlädt, sowie ein WC und ein Bad. Außerdem haben wir anderen drei jeweils auch noch ein Zimmer :). Ein Kellerabteil und einen Laubengang, der auch als Balkon und Treffpunkt mit den Nachbar-WGs genutzt werden kann, gibt es auch noch.

because our roommate is leaving our flat, we are looking for a new, fourth member for our WG. The room is free from 03.05., 10.5 sqm, well cut and with the windows facing the afternoon and evening sun. The hanging closet (see pictures) would have to be taken over. Optionally, you can also have the clothes rail and painting dresser for a small amount of money :).
The apartment also includes a large, bright lounge, which functions as a kitchen (with dishwasher), dining and living room and invites you to cozy up, as well as a toilet and a bathroom. In addition, the other three of us also have a room each :). There is also a cellar compartment and an arcade, which can also be used as a balcony and meeting place with the neighboring shared flats.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an der Haltestelle Weinsbergstraße. Die Haltestellen Venloer Str./ Gürtel und Aachenerstr./ Gürtel sind fußläufig in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. In direkter Umgebung befinden sich Netto, Aldi und Bauhaus. Wer zum Rewe will muss knapp 10 Minuten Fußweg in Anspruch nehmen.

The apartment is located directly at the Weinsbergstraße stop. The stops Venloer Str./ Gürtel and Aachenerstr./ Gürtel are within walking distance of less than 10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity are Netto, Aldi and Bauhaus. If you want to go to Rewe, it is a 10-minute walk.
Zusammen wohnen würdest du mit Hannah (22), Studentin, Benjamin (28), berufstätig, und Janssen, auch schon am arbeiten und 31. Wir haben uns seit ein paar Wochen/Monaten in dieser Konstellation zusammen gefunden, du würdest also nicht in eine allzu festgefahrene WG-Dynamik stolpern. Unser WG-Leben gestaltet sich unkompliziert und rücksichtsvoll. Wenn wir Zeit und Lust haben, machen wir gerne mal etwas gemeinsam, wie gemeinsam kochen, spielen oder Filme schauen, alles nach dem Motto "Alles kann, nichts muss". Wir würden uns freuen mit der neuen Mitbewohnerin auf einen offenen, entspannten Zeitgenossen zu treffen, der an einem Nicht-Zweck-WG-Leben interessiert ist und ein normales Maß an Ordnungs- und Sauberkeitsbewusstsein hat. :)

You would live together with Hannah (22), student, Benjamin (28), employed, and Janssen, also already working and 31. We have been together in this constellation for a few weeks/months, so you wouldn't stumble into a too settled WG dynamic. Our WG-life is uncomplicated and considerate. When we have time and feel like it, we like to do something together, like cooking, playing or watching movies together. We would be happy if our new roommate would also be an open, relaxed contemporary, who is interested in a shared apartment life and has a normal degree of order and cleanliness. :)
