WG rooms in central 3 WG in lime! :) WG-Zimmer in zentraler 3er WG in Kalk! :)

The apartment is located almost directly next to the bus stop Würzburger Str., here keeps the 153, and about 5 minutes walk from the Fuldaer Straße, here keeps the 1, away. In addition, Kalk Post and Chapel are also just a few minutes' walk away, as there are not only more connections, but also any kind of shop/restaurant/ snack you can need in everyday life. -> Your way to downtown, or to Deutz costs you only around 10 minutes by train, to Mülheim Train Station you will also arrive in 10 minutes by 153, or in 20 minutes by foot! Penny, Edeka and Norma are also directly around the corner, as well as two gas stations and numerous kiosks, the high mountain swimming pool and a fitness school.

Die Wohnung liegt quasi direkt neben der Bushaltestelle Würzburger Str., hier hält die 153, und etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Fuldaer Straße, hier hält die 1, entfernt. Auserdem sind Kalk Post und -Kapelle auch nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt, da gibt es nicht nur mehr Verbindungen, sondern auch jede Art von Laden/Restaurant/Imbiss, die man im Alltag so brauchen kann. -> Dein Weg in die Innenstadt, oder nach Deutz kostet dich nur um die 10 minuten mit der Bahn, zum Bahnhof Mülheim kommst du ebenfalls in 10 Minuten mit der 153, oder in 20 min zu Fuß! Penny, Edeka und Norma sind ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke, sowie zwei Tankstellen und zahlreiche Kioske, das Höhenbergbad und ein Fitnesstudio.

You will live with:

Phil (any/they/them), 31: Phil, specifically moved from the Ruhr region and last November (and Lukas' partner man) works, according to a cultural studies study, training and all kinds of jobs, as MFA in the Cologne city. At home you can find him playing in the kitchen at video games, watching youtube or hanging out with friends. Resident hurried Queer to have always for most scandals and ne great But always helpful, honest and with open heart and ear! - and with nem caffeine drink and a tip.

Lukas (he/him), (still) 31: Lukas studies music sciences and Japanology and works at university. He also likes to play a lot of video games but also DnD and other board games. Music is part of his life. Lukas is a calm timemate and still have for most scandals. Always a good saying on the lips, helpful, open and welcoming and just as left-greenly refined as Phil and the majority of his/her environment.

We like to spend time together in the kitchen, like cooking (Vegan/Vegetaric, but you can do this as you like!) and listen to music, play what nice, chatting of meme- to deeptalk, or look stupid stuff.
We like to play Magic the Gathering So bring your Commander Deck directly to the casting.

Our WG is neat but lively... We have a cleaning plan and see that we clean up as far as possible, but see all this relaxed!

We cultivate an open and direct culture of conversation: if there should be something that bothers you, we speak directly and don't let the whole thing get annoyed or bad: you can talk about everything and you should get in your home, be sure and feel comfortable - we also want to convey this feeling to guests and friends and partner people when we have them

Du wirst zusammenwohnen mit:

Phil (any/they/them), 31: Phil, eigendlich aus dem Ruhrgebiet und im letzten November hergezogen (und Lukas' Partner-Mensch) arbeitet, nach u.a. einem Cultural Studies Studium, Ausbildung und allerlei Jobs, als MFA in der kölner City. Zuhause findest du ihn meist in der Küche am Videospiele spielen, Youtube schauen oder mit Freunden abhängenend. Resident raging Queer, immer für die meisten Schandtaten zu haben und ne große Fresse- Aber immer hilfsbereit, ehrlich und mit offenem Herz und Ohr dabei! - und mit nem Koffein-Getränk und ner Kippe.

Lukas (he/him), (noch) 31: Lukas studiert Musikwissenschaften und Japanologie und arbeitet an der Uni. Er spielt ebenfalls viel Videospiele aber auch DnD und andere Brettspiele immer mal gern. Musik gehört bei ihm zum Leben. Lukas ist ein ruhiger Zeitgenosse und trotzdem auch für die meisten Schandtaten zu haben. Immer ein guter Spruch auf den Lippen, hilfsbereit, offen und einladend und genau so links-grün versifft wie Phil und der Großteil seines/unseres Umfelds.

Wir verbringen sehr gerne Zeit zusammen in der Küche, kochen gern (Vegan/Vegetarisch, aber das kannst du machen wie du magst!) und hören Musik, spielen was nettes, quatschen von meme- to deeptalk, oder schauen dummes Zeug.
Wir spielen gern Magic the Gathering- Also bring doch zum Casting direkt mal dein Commanderdeck mit! :)

Unsere WG ist ordentlich aber belebt- Wir haben einen Putzplan und schauen, dass wir möglichst hinter uns aufräumen, sehen das ganze aber entspannt!

Wir pflegen eine offene und direkte Gesprächskultur: Wenn es mal was geben sollte, was einen stört, sprechen wir das direkt an und lassen das ganze nicht erst nervig oder schlimm werden: Man kann über alles reden und man soll sich in seinem Zuhause wilkommen, sicher und wohlfühlen- dieses Gefühl möchten wir auch Gästen und Freunden und Partnermenschen vermitteln, wenn wir welche dahaben! :)

Bei uns herscht eigendlich immer heitere Stimmung; Hier und da fällt auch mal ein derber und/oder dummer Witz.
-Bei alldem gilt aber folgender Grundsatz: Fascho-dreck, Queerphobie, Mackertum und die Patriarchie, und was auch sonst so an diskriminierendem Zeugs kreucht und fleucht, hat in dieser WG und auf dieser Welt nichts zu suchen.
Falls du damit ein problem hast, schau dich woanders um, oder besser noch, verschwinde direkt ganz von diesem Planeten. <3
