Hello, I am looking for August a dear person who wants to redesign this WG. I take the apartment in good but habitual condition and plan to repaint the kitchen fronts and rooms, push a little furniture back and forth and look forward to making everything.
The free room is about 15 sqm and should also be painted, has large windows to the farm and is beautifully bright. The pictures are very fresh from the excerpt, I would also do some again if it looks more beautiful or you just look (:
All in all, the room costs EUR 612,50 (precise encryption still comes).
The apartment has a bathroom, a guest toilet, a kitchen, living room, balcony and another room that I want to use because of the thin wall as a guest room and small art studio.
Hallo, ich suche zu August eine liebe Person, die Lust hat diese WG neu zu gestalten. Ich übernehme die Wohnung in gutem, aber verwohntem Zustand und plane die Küchenfronten und Zimmer neu zu malern, ein bisschen Möbel hin- und herzuschieben und freue mich darauf, alles zu gestalten.
Das freie Zimmer ist ca 15 qm groß und sollte auch mal gemalert werden, hat große Fenster zum Hof und ist schön hell. Die Bilder sind ganz frisch vom Auszug, ich würde auch nochmal welche machen wenn es schöner aussieht oder du kommst einfach gucken (:
Alles in allem kostet das Zimmer 612,50 EUR (genaue Aufschlüsselung kommt noch).
Die Wohnung hat ein Bad, ein Gäste-WC, eine Küche, Wohnzimmer, Balkon und ein weiteres Zimmer, das ich wegen der dünnen Wand als Gästezimmer und kleines Kunstatelier verwenden möchte.
Hochberg is located on the right Rhine, next to lime and is well connected by bus and train. In lime you get everything the heart desires and has to offer some culinary :) In 13 min, the railway is on the new market and runs through to the university. Supermarkets, mail and snacks are within walking distance, as are the Merheimer Heide. In 20 min you are in the mountain or in the royal forest if you like to walk or walk. It would be great if you appreciate the right side of the Rhine as much as I do, or would like to meet them :)
Höhenberg liegt rechtsrheinisch, liegt direkt neben Kalk und ist gut mit Bus und Bahn angebunden. In Kalk bekommt man alles, was das Herz begehrt und hat kulinarisch auch einiges zu bieten :) In 13 min ist die Bahn am Neumarkt, und fährt durch bis zur Universität. Supermärkte, Post und Imbisse sind zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso wie die Merheimer Heide. In 20 min bist du im Bergischen oder im Königsforst, falls du gern wanderst oder spazieren gehst. Super wäre, wenn du die rechte Rheinseite ebenso zu schätzen weißt wie ich, oder Lust hast, sie kennen zu lernen :)
I always have projects at the start, in phases I also need time at home and wish me a WG-experienced person, for whom it goes without saying to take care of the common living space (have even more than 12 years of WG experience and like this living form very much). I am happy about having breakfast together or sitting in the evening when it comes to it, and I am open to an all-for-all chilli (but is not a must). In winter, I like to chill on the sofa with audiobook, tea and knitwear, I like to close up clothes (near machine can be used), I am on the way with the bike in wind and weather and sing in the choir and dear karaoke & Disney songs ;D Otherwise I am just for elaborated kitchen psychology as Trash-TV evenings (the new season The Ultimatum Queer Love?!
A common left-wing attitude is important to me (anti-racist, queer-friendly, anti-anti-Semitic(??)), but I do not want a small activist diploma or something :)
Since it is a new WG foundation, there is a lot of space to design the apartment. I like to clean up and love practical solutions and if all things have their place (wall hook ftw), my furnishing style is a mixture of inherited, second-hand furniture, 70s vibe and Ikea full wood, preferably less than more. I occasionally build something and cheer me up, here and there, have lots of plants and cheer me on a herbal bed on the balcony and like a few flower plants and ifs fits a hammock.

Ich hab immer Projekte am Start, phasenweise brauch ich auch mal Zeit zuhause und wünsche mir eine WG-erfahrene Person, für die es selbstverständlich ist, sich um den gemeinsamen Wohnraum zu kümmern (habe selber über 12 Jahre WG-Erfahrung und mag diese Wohnform sehr gern). Ich freu mich über gemeinsames frühstücken oder abends schnacken wenn es sich ergibt, und bin offen gegenüber einem Alles-für-Alle Kühli (ist aber kein Muss). Im Winter mag ich gerne mal auf dem Sofa chillen mit Hörbuch, Tee und Strickzeug, ich nähe gern Klamotten (Nähmaschine kann gern mitgenutzt werden), bin bei Wind und Wetter mit dem Rad unterwegs und singe im Chor und liebe Karaoke & Disney Songs ;D Ansonsten bin ich für elaborierte Küchenpsychologie ebenso zu haben wie Trash-TV Abende (die neue Staffel The Ultimatum Queer Love??!).
Eine gemeinsame linke Grundhaltung ist mir wichtig (antirassistisch, queerfriendly, anti-antisemitisch(??)), ich verlange aber kein kleines Aktivisti-Diplom oder sowas :)
Da es sich um eine WG-Neugründung handelt, ist viel Raum, um die Wohnung mit zu gestalten. Ich mag es gern aufgeräumt und liebe praktische Lösungen und wenn alle Dinge ihren Platz haben (Wandhaken ftw), mein Einrichtungsstil ist eine Mischung aus geerbtem, Second-Hand Möbeln, 70s vibe und Ikea-Vollholz, lieber weniger als mehr. Ich baue ab und zu was und freu mich drauf, hier und da was zu streichen, hab viele Pflanzen und freu mich auf ein Kräuterbeet auf dem Balkon und gern zb ein paar Blühpflanzen und wenns passt eine hängematte.
