Unser Haus hat 6 WG-Zimmer über 3 Stockwerke und eine schöne große Wohnküche. Das freie Zimmer ist mit allem notwendigen möbliert: einem großen Bett, einem Schrank, den ich für deine Kleidung freiräumen werde, einem Schreibtisch und einem Lesesessel. Das Fenster ist zur Südseite und zum Garten hin gelegen, sodass es schön hell ist und du in den grünen Garten schauen kannst. Im Garten kann man natürlich im Spätsommer auch hervorragend die Zeit verbringen. Hier kann man Gemüse pflanzen und ernten, grillen, sich im Plantschbecken abkühlen und die berühmten grünen Kölner Papageie im Apfelbaum beobachten.
Our house has 6 rooms and a huge livingroom/kitchen. The available room has 15 squaremeters and the window goes to the garden and the southside, so you have a lot of light in there. The room has all the necessary furniture and i will make some space for your clothes and stuff. Furthermore there is a big garden, where you can relax and do some gardening stuff, if you want to.
Höhenberg liegt rechtsrheinisch in einer kleinen ruhigen Wohnsiedlung. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super. Man erreicht die Linien 1 und 3 innerhalb von 7-10 Minuten zu Fuß und den S-Bahnhof Mülheim innerhalb von 15 Minuten. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man ungefähr 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt (Dom). In der Gegend gibt es sonst Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art, ein Schwimmbad, eine coole Tischtennisplatte, Kiosk, Bäcker...
Höhenberg is on the right side of the rhine river. The public transport functions quiete well. You need 7-10 minutes by feet to the stations of line 1 or 3 and 15 minutes to the s-bahnhof Mülheim. You need 20 minutes by bike to the city center (Dom). Nearby are also places to do the shoppings, a swimming pool, a bakery and so on.
Wir sind keine Zweck-Wg sondern auch befreundet und verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander, wie zum Beispiel kochen, essen, auf Konzerte gehen oder zusammen Fernsehen (im Sommer auch gerne im Garten, aka Sommerkino). Da hier nicht alle Deutsch als Muttersprache haben, sprechen wir untereinander oft Englisch und einige auch Spanisch. Weil alle Mitbewohnis arbeiten, ist es uns wichtig mit den Ruhebedürfnissen der anderen achtsam umzugehen. Wir essen alle vegetarisch und haben eine gemeinsame WG-Kasse, in die wir monatlich 120 Euro einzahlen und davon alles gemeinsam einkaufen.
We are not just flatmates, we are also friends and we like to spend time together, for example to visit concerts, cook and eat, relax in the garden, some sports... Because not everybody in this house has german as native language, we are also talking in english with each other. All of us are eating vegetarian and we are sharing a common cash (not sure if you say it like this in english) to buy the food. Because everybody in the flat is working, we are not partying usually during the week..

Selbstverständlich sind hier alle gender und Nationalitäten willkommen. Du solltest auch rassismussensibel und trans-friendly sein.
