Room
Hi, so I'm travelling from the 10th of November until the 20th of December and so would like to sub-rent my room for this time frame. The room is 14 sqm and is located on the back side of the building so no street-side disturbance. You can watch some trees through the window and an active Fuel station :)
The room is completely furnished and you can use the bed, study-table and my guitars- there's an acoustic and an e-guitar. I also have a wardrobe which I can partly empty so you can use some drawers. There's also my Bose speaker which you can also surely use. My plants may need to be watered from time to time and it would be great if you keep them alive ;)
The WG: We're a close knit group of 6 + a cat. Four of us are working full time and the other two are finishing their studies. We cook a lot together and spend quite some time in the kitchen and our living room (Wohnzimmer) where we watch mostly films and series together. There's also a cute little balcony where the smokers hang-out ;)
There are 2 bathrooms which are shared by all of us.
Location: We've got the hustle-bustle of Kalk on one side and the meadows of Merheimer Heide on the other. Closest Haltestelle is Fuldaer Straße - 5 mins walk. Kalk Kapelle is a 10 min walk, accessible with Tram Nr. 1 and 9. Kalk is cool ;)
Bicycle: I have a bicycle which you can use.
The price quoted (350 Euros) is for the period: 10th November - 20 December 2021!
Food and basic household stuff: The flatmates share the costs for the common food and household stuff which is calculated at the end of the month and based on the number of days you spend at the WG during the month.
