Zimmer in 2er WG zur Zwischenmiete mit Übernahmemöglichkeit in Köln-Höhenhaus

Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt vor der Tür gibt es ein Kiosk. Außerdem Penny und Rewe sind fußläufig nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Wenn es nicht genügt, ist Lidl in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Bars und Kneipe sind auch in der Nähe, sowie die Deutsche Post. Die Filiale ist nur einen Katzensprung von hier.
200 Meter von der Tür befindet sich die Bushaltestelle, während wenn du nach Mülheim oder in die Stadt möchtest, ist die Linie 4 in nur 7 Minuten erreichbar. Die S-Bahn ist auch nicht so weit (10 Minuten zum Köln-Holweide)

Position

The apartment is in a cool place, having access to all living essentials within walking distance. Right outside the front door there is a kiosk, while both Penny and Rewe are only a 5-minute walk away. In the same area, there are a lot of bars and pubs, as well as a post office.
About 200 meters away from here there is a bus stop, while if you want to go to the near Mülheim or to the city center, the KVB-Linie 4 is reachable in around 7 minutes by foot (stop Im Weidenbruch). The S-Bahn is also quite close (Station Köln-Holweide)
WG-Life

Du würdest mit Francesco (37) zusammenleben. Er ist BWLer und arbeitet in Köln als Datenerfasser. Wir treffen uns häufiger mal in der Küche zum Kochen oder Bier trinken sowie im Wohnzimmer wo ein gemütliches Sofa zum Sitzen und Quatschen einladet.
Da aber sein Zimmer größer ist, verbringt er gerne seine freie Zeit auch in seinem Zimmer, d.h. du kannst auch im Wohnzimmer deine Ruhe haben.
Francesco wohnt in Köln seit 8 Jahren und spricht gut Deutsch und Englisch. Er mag kochen, Motorsport, Rally, F1 schauen, aber ist auch viel unterwegs um Sport zu treiben: Joggen und wenn das Wetter besser ist fährt er gerne mit seinem Fahrrad.
Er würde gerne jemanden finden mit dem einige von diesen Aktivitäten mitmachen kann. Aber kein Muss natürlich.

WG- Life

You will live together with Francesco (37). He has an economics degree and works in Cologne as a data entry. Usually we meet in the kitchen to cook or have a talk drinking a beer or a tee. In the living room, there is a sofa, which helps while having a conversation or watching a movie. However, considering he lives in the bigger room, it´s not a problem for him to stay in his room if you need more privacy or you are too tired to chat. It has always worked well for us so far.
Francesco is Italian, but he lives in Cologne since 8 years and speaks both English and German fluently. He likes to cook like all Italians, to watch Motorsport, but he is also quite frequently outside doing jogging or having a cycling tour. Best thing for him would be to find someone who can share with him some of these passions. But ist’s not a must!

Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet inklusive Couch, Fernseher und Spülmaschine und verfügt über einen geräumigen Keller. Neben dem Keller gibt es einen Raum wo unsere Waschmaschine steht.
Die Miete beträgt monatlich 475€ warm. Dazu kommen noch Internet, GEZ und Strom für insgesamt 540 € pro Person. Kaution sind 500€ für die 6 Monate.
Wenn du denkst, das könnte passen, dann freuen wir uns über eine Nachricht und dann vielleicht ja auch bald auf ein Glas Bier oder Tee oder Piña Colada zusammen :)


The apartment is fully equipped including Couch, TV, dishwasher, and there is a basement, which can be used as storage. Near our basement, there is a laundry room with our washing machine and where clothes can be hanged dry.
The rent is 475€ including heating. There are also Internet, TV & radio´s fees and electricity for a total of 540€ per capita. The deposit is 500€ for the 6 months.
