Ich biete ein helles,freundliches 21qm großes Zimmer mit Laminatboden in einer 90qm -Wohnung an.
Die Verkersanbindung ist optimal ,5 min zur Haltestelle der KVB Linie 18 und 20 min Fahrzeit bis zum Dom.
Es gibt eine große Wohnküche mit Geschirrspüler und einen Trockenraum (Wäschekeller) sowie ein
Wannenbad und ein Gäste-WC.
Ein PKW-Stellplatz ist vorhanden, ebenso ein großer Garten zur Mitbenutzung.
Das Zimmer kostet 300 Euro , unter Vorbehalt der derzeitigen Preisentwicklungen (derzeit 370 Euro warm incl. Strom und Internet) und zwei Kaltmieten Kaution.
Ein Internetanschluss ist vorhanden,Fernsehen nur über DVBT.
Ich suche einen Mitbewohner, der auch ein Auge dafür hat was im Haushalt erledigt werden muss.
Selber bin ich WG erfahren, tolerant und ein warmherziger Mensch, der auch gerne mal gut kocht.
