Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß. Dachschräge ist nicht berücksichtigt. Möbel können mitgebracht/ untergebracht werden. Im Keller ist auch noch etwas Platz. Bei Wunsch kann auch ein Bett gestellt werden. Alles nach Absprache eben…
Kaufland ist quasi direkt gegenüber. Der Bus ist um die Straßenecke. Das Gremberger Wäldchen ist nur 5 min entfernt. Aldi und Lidl sind mit dem Fahrrad 5 min entfernt. Parkplätze sind vor der Tür nutzbar.
Das WG-Leben sollte unkompliziert sein. 2x die Woche putzen, wäre angebracht. Hilfe wäre also super! Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Wohnzimmer und Fernseher können gerne mitgenutzt werden.
Bitte gebt das Einzugsdatum an: Wann kannst du also frühestens einziehen? Was brauchst du für das Zimmer? Ist ein Bett und Kleiderständer ausreichend oder bringst du Bett und Schrank mit? Ansonsten kann ich dich bei der hohen Anzahl von Bewerbungen nicht berücksichtigen.
