Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert, samt neuem Badezimmer und neuer Küche. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine und Herd. Ein großer Kühlschrank ist vorhanden. Auch der Boden wurde komplett neu gemacht, in den Zimmern liegt Vinylboden in einem angenehmen Farbton, im Übrigen sind die Räume frisch hell gefliest. Das Zimmer ist insgesamt sehr hell und gibt ein angenehmes Wohngefühl.
Die Lage ist optimal. Es ist sehr zentral, man kann alles zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad machen. Aber auch die Bahn ist in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Dennoch ist es sehr ruhig.
Die Mitbewohnerin ist sehr freundlich und höflich. Gerne steht sie für ein Kennenlernen zur Verfügung.
